You are one great guy when it comes to automobiles.
Thanks for your kind words, but I'm a learning kid here. There are a lot of legends keep watching us with their mouth shut.
When P180 restoration job will start? After June?
P180 job is not finalized yet. Even if it is started, it will be done by my mechanic only. With this P150 I gave him enough hints where and how things are to be done.

looks killer. please change those number plates spoils the entire look. i believe the black crash guard is replaced with steel crash guard. looks nice. one suggestion, please remove the sticker which says SPEED from the shocks. looks weird that's my opinion need not be the same for others. All in all the bike is transformed to DEFINITELY MALE.

Thanks dude.
- Number plate is already given for Stickering (yet to collect)
- Black crash guard is replaced (3rd snap is little old [;)])
- SPEED sticker will be removed for sure (during painting)

With the alloys, new tires and shock, Pulsar look superb!!.
With the 17' inch alloy wheel, your speedo meter reading will be diffrent. right? Plan to change to Dtsi meter ?

You didnt mentioned about swing arm and chain cover change. With this Apache kicker, is it possible to start without fold the footrest? Did you done any adjustment/changed the rear brake pedal, when you fixed new rider foot rest. Without change in the brake pedal and with new model foot rest, distance between both will be more i guess

You planing to cut & weld 220/200 silencer to current bend pipe or is it possible to fix the enitre silencer to this one?

There should be a Speedo / Odo error, but who cares [;)] Pulsar UG2 came with analogue mater and 17" wheels, but I'm not sure if there is a change in Speedo meter calibration. Adding digital meter will ruin the look (with Round HL)
You didnt mentioned about swing arm and chain cover change.
I mentioned in Post #6 about swing arm. Classic came with shortest swing arm and we switched to the later version. Old chain guard can't be used here, so bought a new one.

Yes [:D]

Old brake pedal can't be used with this foot peg set up. Replaced with P180 UG4 / 4.5 (not sure) brake pedal assy.

Depends on the condition of P200/220 silencer we get (and of course the budget too) Complete assy can be mounted, but we already chopped the mounting are in the aluminium bracket (that was hitting the current silencer) So if we have to use complete assy from P200, we should weld the mounting area again (not a big task though)

A single chromed Speedometer will gel good with the classic looks (if your friend can sacrifice fuel meter!).

IMO the chrome would spoil the look, just like the old LML bikes which had chrome meters which totally spoiled the look of the bike( i forgot the names though two bikes from LML))

Yeah, just realized that when all are black, then why should only speedo should be chromed?
Sorry for that mistake, requesting Mods to delete my earlier post.
