P43 type transparent reflectors are also available in market. Check at a truck part store. Should cost you under Rs200/- for a local made stuff.
Thanks Ilango, let me try to get the clear lens reflector as the current one is already cracked.

Failed to do the initial feasibility study properly. When we thought of moving the foot pegs rear wards with the latest bracket from P180 / P200 / P220, we checked the mounting feasibility and found everything is perfect match except for the exhaust mounting (which we had some make shift arrangement in mind) But we failed to check for the surrounding parts (especially the moving parts) and ended up buying all necessary parts and fixing them in bike. Finally the kicker is now fouling with the foot rest bracket [frustration] Now we realized that none of the bikes with the latest foot pegs came with kicker [sleep] (too late to realize, but better late than never)

Scratching our heads to proceed further. Any suggestions on alternate kicker (from other bikes?) Mechanic suggested to bend the current kicker, but that will affect the leverage and I'm worried for the same (along with the durability / reliability)

Try the possiblity to fix FZ kicker?[clown]

or else, slightly bent and fix it. Then close your eyes, think of old CBZ, close the foot peg and kick start then open the foot peg and ride.[lol]

Tonight / this weekend I will be checking the feasibility of using other bike's kickers. FZ was not in my radar, thanks for the suggestions releesh.

Old CBZ [roll] I had the worst experience of breaking the aluminium bracket in past (forgot to fold the foot peg and kick started the bike[frustration])

Would you really need the kick start? Can't you manage with self start only, like in the case of P180/200/220. BTW P180 & P220 right side brackets are different as there is provision for master cylinder in P220.

Jokes apart, You should check the FZ kicker first( Old FZ came without a kicker) in case you really plans to fix the newly bought silencer & foot rest bracket. I seen some replacing the last gen Extreme kicker also with this one.bending the current silencer will be look good and the FZ kicker may not gel with Pulsar engine.

But i would suggest you to rethink about the overall look after all the mod on this classic pulsar with the second gen 17' alloys, tires, silencer(i feel the 200/220 silencer look bigger on the bike) & FZ kicker. Did you changed the rear swing arm?

Reg Old CBZ- The trick we tried here are, most of the old model CBZ has right foot peg will be bent to bottom side and we need to fold only on the morning/initial starts. Once engine is hot it will start in almost half kick.

Woah! Its a real macho. Looks very muscular!
Except the crankcase, everything is perfect!
A little more 'wait' will turn the crank case at-par with other parts [:)]

Phase 1 : Mechanical upgrade (except engine) - Completed
Phase 2 : Engine rebuild (along with clutch) - Planned by Mid of March (Committed for next 3 weekends [frustration])
Phase 3 : Cosmetic Upgrade (Painting, few other parts replacement) - 1st week of April

PS: Another Pulsar 180 Classic transformation project is on cards currently.
