Rs. 18k in all eh? Not all that expensive. I thought the total came to around Rs. 25k or so.
I've started saving up for them tail lamps [:)]

The Euro smoked headlamps cannot be converted to RHD unless I manage to find UK or AU version.

Moreover I am not totally sure of ballast compatibility. The current smoked lamps look better than EU ones. Angel eyes and LEDs can wait.

Ohh!!
Then you can go for may be a rear spoiler or some killer gun metal alloys.

Gun metal alloys will look hawt. The Polo can carry off most alloys because it is a beautiful car but gun metal alloys will be a killer.
But the problem is the odd PCD.

I like subtle mods. The gunmetal 17 inchers would literally scream for attention.

The A.S.S. folks mentioned that upscale rims create insurance and warranty problem.

Better to mod after 2 years.

Regarding spoilers and neon lights, I do not like Paul Walker in my car.

Might go for GTI front grill and put a custom badge in place of GTI.

Cummon man, you are already getting attention after those tail lights. The gun metal alloys would actually be very subtle, and on silver polo they would just be beautiful and not tacky in any manner. Your wish though.

Gti grille option seems good. Replace gti with simple polo or 1.2 letterings.

Today I traded paint with a fellow Polo owner. A slight mark on rear door. [cry]

He must have got distracted due to my tail lights.

Have any of you guys traded paint?

Since the Polo is silver and he doesn't like gun metal alloys, the next best option would be black. I've seen some lovely Polos with matt black alloys and they are to die for.
Even the service guys here said that alloys can void suspension warranty but then they backed out when I said that they themselves sell aftermarket alloys for a higher price compared to tyre shops outside. They then said that I can go ahead and fit alloys. These guys, I tell you.
BTW, just realised. He has the new HL model right? Those come with beautiful alloys as stock. And Momo has very similar alloys but in a grey/matt black color. That looks wonderful. If there are good painters where you're at, you could try painting your alloys a matt black color. Should look really beautiful

I am happy with stock wheels.

Btw these days my car vibrates when starting to move forward while gently releasing clutch on 1st gear.
On cold starts, the juddering is not there. But as the car warms up, driving in stop and go traffic becomes annoying.

Sanke1 your car looks brilliant with the new tail lamps. I would advice you not to get the GTI grill as i think it would look a little overdone mod. Plus the new stock alloy wheels are stunning as such,so no need to replace them. At present your ride looks absolutely gorgeous and any more external mods will just drop down its beauty a little i think.

Yes but it aint that bad.
I dont take RPMs above 3000
Alright.
Slight vibrations are there during initial pick-up, negligible, nothing to worry about.
If you are feeling much of harshness in response then get engine oil and airfilter checked.
