Tradus acting really weird these days.
Bought some apparel which has to be selected from 5 options. Ordered option 3. They do not mention the 'option no' in the order summary. Finally after a week, got the product which was a different option. (that was the cheapest among the lot). Called the seller. They immediately said 'it is a mistake from tradus part'. Mailed tradus. They wanted snapshot of the same. They didnt ask the seller even after telling all the story.
Sent the snapshot. Later arranged a pickup(reverse). Sent back. Now, they will verify the product after reaching there. Then either refund/replacement.
It is taking lot of time. I had experienced much better from other stores. They even sent different product even before sending back (flipkart/yebhi/ebay (few sellers)).
All for 550RS.
About snapdeal.
Shipping is done in 3 days. It reaches in a week. Support is not the best. Ordered two sandals . Called up in one hour and asked to change the size of one sandal. They refused upfront. They said 'we can cancel', but cant change the size. Did not cancel it.
Fortunately, the size chart was wrong and the size wrongly ordered fitted properly. Very bad quality. They would have replaced/refunded the money. Did not want to call up and run behind that.
So, thought of using that as spares at home.
Yebhi/Flipkart/HS18 never let me down on sandals/shoes(casual/formal).
