Update on A/C Issue:
So after the so-called thermistor replacement, things didn't get any better. The problem resurfaced within a week and I was really mad because the problem started exactly on my way to native. The whole trip we all sweat like animals and this made me call them and yell at them.
Once I came back from the trip, I gave it to HASS and told them I don't want to come again for the same issue and you better replace that cooling coil because I am 100% sure that was the problem.
They started working on this right away and that too onSunday. That's something to appreciate. And in the end, the issue is clear that there is a leak in cooling coil which was not visible during their first attempt.
Now that the cooling coil is replaced, I can feel the difference easily. Even under hot summer noon, it cools the car like it used to be. And for the second time service, didn't paid for labour. Only paid for the part. This could have easily be done during my first visit itself, and I wanted to give them my peace of mind, but their attitude is what stopped me. They are calm, supportive and attentive. How can I yell at them?
