I have not used Michellins or Yoko E2 but they are definitely quiter and grippier than previous Yoko E1. Also note I have upsized from 175 to 185 so that could also be a reason for the difference.

I cannot upsize any more than 175 as I feel that will make the steering a lot tighter than now. Isn't it?

Anyways will try UC2 in next month and see how it works out.

2. As per SA, it will be complete replacement only. All 4 suspensions will be changed.
3. RL tyre is going bald and I suspect it has something to do with suspension and alignment.

As you the RL tyre is going bald, please rectify the same before changing the tyres on the car else the new tyres will go bald too.

I suspect the rear suspension - the trailing arm (read torsion beam) bush is wearing out causing the tyre wear.

Going to check that in coming month along with suspension overhaul. Then only will change tyres!
