The ac disinfect seems like a scam and so do the brake cleaning charges. Unless you had a problem you dont really need to clean them. The gear oil also is supposed to be changed at 60k kms and it is usually a top up unless you have a issue in gears. did not get what item 6,13 are. They usually explain every item before billing at the svc i go to. If you feel your ac flow was lower do check the cabin filter if that is choked with dust. Its right behind the glove box, costs around 550.

Well, I couldn't do much because I usually go there and inspect the work or even tell them not to do anything other than what service booklet says. That is what happened before, but this time, I completely forgot about things and they took a joy ride in my money! Well, time to change the SVC I guess!

3rs free service at 20586km/1.25 year
On 15th of March I had given my Xcent S1.2 for third service. Didn't really have much problem. It was just a routine one. I had a doubt of suspension making this thud noise after each bump so I was quiet worried about it. There was no problem with mileage as I was getting a good mileage of 20.2 kmpl with 70% highway and 30% city driving a.c was on 20% of the time as it was winter here. And to be precise I used to drive alone, not going beyond 85-90 kmph.
At SC I was advised to go for a chemical treatment for engine cleaning as the place where I live is all sand dunes and there is sand deposited all over, I went ahead with it. I also asked them to lubricate all the 4 gates and tail gates as they were hard to move? Cause dust. Both services were charged at 350/- each excluding tax. Oil was changed air filter, ac filter, oil filter were replaced. Wheel alignment and balancing was done. And the total bill was 3420 including taxes and labor charge.
After service I quiet feel that car has become more smooth, though never had any problem with its smoothness. Air blow is now fantastic, earlier I was worried about the oncoming summer(temp goes above 48'c). The engine bay now shines due to chemical treatment.

P.S does anybody have any idea about how protective is chemical treatment for engine bay or is it all just hype?

Engine bay coating,engine bay lamination,these are just scams.
They just apply polish like liquid , no adverse effects ,just rip off from pocket.

Had a 240km trip this afternoon covered it within 3.5 hours the car was really fun to drive. Car runs butter smooth(touchwood) I am loving it.....

Could anybody please suggest me some nice seat covers for my Hyundai Xcent and sun shades?
Can somebody please share the links here? I would prefer to buy them onLine. Some car decor guy over here was charging 9500/- for seat covers, that's pretty high I am willing to shell out 4k to 5k max.
Regarding sunshade I would prefer rolling types.

A new update, but rather worrysome one!

Before service, A/C cooling was really bad for last few days and it was rectified after service. Since it was not much hot, I couldn't test it extensively during noon time.

Now with Summer, I can clearly see the difference. Whenever I start my car the A/C performs OK, but over a period of time, it starts to deteriorate and after few minutes, it is nothing but plain air blowing at your face with little bit of chillness.

Before service, I thought it could be due to filter clogging. But after service, for first few days it seemed fine but with summer, the issue is evident. Now I would like to gather as much information as I can, before I knock the door of HASS. Please help me find out the issue!

I also faced the same problem but i was told by the SA that in front of the radiator, AC grill is there which accumulates dust and dirt which needs to be cleaned by high pressurised jet of water. It looks like after doing that, AC performs better than before.
