Hay man got awesome ride!!
I would like to help If you are
converting your Halogen projector
setup to Bi-xenon
Firstly you have got a Bi-halogen
projector so it is compatible with
only halogen bulbs. You can put
aftermarket xenon bulbs but its not
wise as being a halogen projector it
can't handle the light output from
xenon and you wont get the best
output.
There is misunderstanding that more
the kelvin-more is the light,but
kelvin rating has nothing to do with
brightness. It rates the color. Light
is measured in lumen
So here's the data
Halogen-3000k-650/800lumes
Xenon-4300k-3200lumes(most luxury
cars)
Xenon -5000k-3000lumes(pure white
light)The best!!
Xenon-6000k-2800lumes(white with
hint of blue)
Note:More the kelvin rating less is
the light
Hope this helps you friend

Hi dbarma - Can you throw some more light on the Floor lamination? How it is done, what kind of shops will do and cost? Thanks.
It is simple a plastic layer covering your car floor, there are different grades of materials, which i will be able to tell you after a thorough inquiry. However its wise to chose a good material since you are not going to repeat the procedure over and again. There is one type of plastic which they treat with heat to cover all the crevasses just like applying sun protection film which is bit costly. Otherwise they will open your seat assembly, side door plastic cover, central console (if necessary) and fit it. I'll do after few wk.

@TechGuy
Thanks for the valuable info you have provided.

Regards
Dev

Dear TAI,
My car projector headlight beams are crisscrossing each other at around a distance of 10 meters. Is it how it should be? Could it be the reason why am getting side by side poor illumination?

The possible reason behind this is that the alignment of projector's has been altered or due to improper installation.
IF its a Bi-xenon projector check the solenoid part of projector is at bottom and its done.
IF its a single low beam xenon/halogen projector then make sure the shield inside the projector is horizontal.

This is OEM halogen projector and its been like this since the day zero.

Halogen projector are better upgrade than reflector headlights but not best..
I saw the output pics & they are like spot beams not wide..
And it's not crisscrossing it's cutoff.
In RHD(Right Hand Drive) cars the beam on right is low to avoid glare to oncoming traffic.
For better output U can try xenon lamps..but a genuine 1
I checked & there is a kit for your requirement bulb type HB3/9005. price-150$
Comes with 5years warranty
Fully plug &play kit .Very easy to install, you can do it yourself..
Comes with a relay harness..Whose one terminal is connected to battery..so it does create load on factory wires.
Does not void warrenty as it consumes only 35w less than halogen.
There is a hid kit for your fog light too!!
Spec-881..price,warranty,installation same as above.
Select 5000k color temp..It's the best.
If intrested visit www.retrofitsource.com>Hid systems>your kit HB3>checkout

These are some output pics

TechGuy, can you point us to an Indian site with a good collection of car lighting systems. I am not sure if the site you mentioned above (The Retrofit Source online: headlight upgrades for all applications) provides warranty for products sold outside USA.

I like the first pic. The focus on the lighted area is fantastic. From the second pic, the lights feel a bit purplish. I guess its probably due to the pic being taken head-on.
