Sethu,
I have also placed these kind of lights on the door im calling them "Door Warning Lights" for ease of understanding. I haven't connected them to an electrical source as yet.
Hey Friend, That is great. Looks neat also. Pls share the light details and how u fixed it? did u cut the door panel?
My question here is -
1. If im going to connect the light connection to the cabin light, wont all the four door lights come ON even when one door is opened ?
2. Is there any way i can have only that particular door light switch on when i open the door (any switch or sensor)
My main concern while fitting these lights was to give it a quality finish, as in to look as if it were OEM, hence i didnt want to use LED's
My god, first of all I should thank you for asking me such questions assume I am genius in such things. Really not. I am myself learning slowly with cars and still I am so scared of doing certain things thinking that if am not doing it properly I will spoil it.
We have our gurus here, Mr. Varun, Mr. Shantanu, Mr. Saishibbu. Mr. Lucas, Mr. Chayam.
Hope they see it and give you a proper reply.
To be very frank I have not thought as you were thinking. But just by seeing some post, why don't you connect those bulbs directly with the switch attached to every door. So only that door warning lamp alone will work.
Experts suggestions pls.
