I think your friend must escalate the issue, as many owners are there in down south and they are getting their cars repaired. Ask your friend to contact fellow owners. We(most owners) don't have any issue with the ASS.

I don't think it will happen in Trivandrum atleast. There are two ASS stations in Trivandrum. Both are equally poor in quality of service and for issue rectification. There are no tata-fiat now, fiat is now exclusive everywhere.
As of now it's not in Kerala. In Trivandrum Kerala it's still Tata-Fiat dealerships and as per my info these dealerships will continue selling both Tata and Fiat vehicles.

Kulathunkal motors has only Tata dealership now. No Fiat. That's what they said when I'd called them to ask for a TD of the Linea T-Jet. Mohandas has both Tata and Fiat but separate showrooms.
Basically. Not much of a difference because both the dealers used to sell the same cars before. Useless in my opinion. Tata and Fiat should have made sure to get different dealers compared to the existing ones.

Wow I never knew this. Thanks Vipin. Mohandas motors had opened a fiat showroom very near to technopark. The building is still not complete and they haven't even started building a separate service area. The one near technopark is like a small outlet (or whatever it is called). Their main showroom and service centre is in Peroorkada. They sell both Fiat and Tata there (or atleast, that was what was going on when we bought the Punto in November 2012). The T-Jet TD car is in their outlet near Technopark, not at the showroom in Peroorkada.

In my knowledge neither showrooms nor the workshops are running together now. Now they have to keep them apart from each other.

Yes your right Vipin. Mohandas new Fiat exclusive showroom doesn't have any service facilities as of now. So they deal in Tata and Fiat cars under their dealership at Peroorkada Trivandrum.
