Hi IR,

Nice clicks. Compared to the mighty Pajero sport the XUV looks like a cute little beat.

Meguaire products are *BLEEP* costly. What did you pay?
1.7k or something around it if my elephants memory serves me right

Thanks, Beauty(or otherwise) always lies in the eyes of the beholder. Awaiting monsoons and next service , hopefully some decent offroading will begin then and more interesting photos, Rajmachi trail is already planned for in monsoon!

Re: The Mighty Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Drives In [7K Kms Crossed]

Ignorance is bliss and i was a ignorant until some fiddling around lit a bulb in my head!

Err I am talking of myself and the Cruise Control Mod which was installed some time back. While on a recent journey I noticed pressing the "Acc Res" raises the speed by 1 kmph or so when the CC is active - startled me as i had claimed previously there is no such functionality in the CC. Then after 10 mins of playing around realized that this indeed works - both the + and - functionality typical of any CC is managed by the "ACC RES" and "COAST SET" buttons once the CC is set - so the buttons are polymorphic in nature. Continuous press of the "ACC RES" Button leads to an Adrenalin rush

I have edited the main CC post as well. Sorry for the inadvertent mistake, lack of manual and assumptions could be misleading in nature![:D]

Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Diesel engine is BSIII or BSIV? Do we need smoke test after the initial one year?

Confucious says: Adrenaline rush in big SUV, not so good for fuel consumption.
Lets not talk about fuel consumption , if you aren't careful with this mammoth, you will get 11.25kmpl which is my last cycle reading - lowest ever on a tankful yet.

Even the SFX came in BS4 option eventually, sport was always BS4. PUC - all private vehicles in India need it after first year(except may be Chevy[evil]).

How does this bumper overrider look ?
I like it too and would not mind importing one for Chetak (My Pajero Sport, Aug-2013, Anniversary Edition, Black done 6k kms) as well.

Further, do you find the low beam adequate? I find it absymally below standards (with the std bulbs) and the throw inadequate. This is at its highest setting.
