Oh, boy! I missed to see that before.
That thing in the pic is exactly what I was dreaming of in the zest.
They should provide option for the XT owners to upgrade.

Wish they stick to the plan.

I have seen in flesh in Prasad Mall, Hyderabad. It was awesome. TML has improved (not improved, rejuvenated). Blue Zest is killer on road. Really feels the premium in sub 4m class. Nice choice. Zest is really an amazing car. One cannot tell if it's a Tata car. Steering is also great. Nice to hold. Looking more into this thread.

1) Have you taken a TD of petrol XT before finalising diesel ? If that's the case how you compare with petrol ?
2) What's the mileage you are getting in the Diesel as of now ? What's the first service odo limit ?
3) Have you opted for the Gold AMC ? If so, any coupons or service card given for the same ?

No, I was not interested in Petrol due to the reason that I have more of highway drives and will run around 1500 kms a month.
Im getting around 20 on Highways and around 14 in City. The total mileage is showing now around 15.5
Im also doing full tank to full tank calculation and it shows around 17. But as its only 2-3 fill ups, it will take some time to get the exact figure.
No, No Gold AMC, no extended warranty.
Was inclined towards taking GOLD amc, but financial constraints stopped me from doing so.

No, Its not solved. I called the service head just now and confirmed.
He said TML has asked for more pics of the issue which they have already send.
As of now, they wont be able to give a time frame for the fix, but assured to be resolved soon.
