At this moment i have TATA NANO LX -2011 Dec , for which i did't make any claim until now.

As you have advised i will check with my Insurance provider and reply soon.

No issues with steering, it's perfectly working fine.
After service it had become more silent.

When you felt this issue? Is it during driving on high speeds?

I also have a XT revotron. Mileage seems to be low on the initial few days. In the initial few days, I also got a mileage of 8. Then it starte slowly increasing. I drive in the city where the traffic is at the peak. Now its come to 11 and looks to be stagnant at 11 - 12 in city. But when ever I take on a traffic free road, the mileage seems to jump up steeply. So , I believe its improving day by day and it will give a very good mileage on highways

Hi,

I am getting 16-17 in city and 21 on highways. still it is in run-in period i will not make more revs and always maintains below 2k rpm.

I was getting around 12 before first service.
Now its around 13-14. mostly 2 and 3rd gear drive.

16-17 is very good FE.
Which gears are you in mostly, when you get this FE?

I have got my ZEST QJT XMS White delivered on Dec 8th on my wife's birthday [:D]. I have planned for that day to deliver vehicle. The SA (from Concorde motors, Dairy Circle, Bangalore )make sure to deliver on that day. I have driven just 30 km only. I will write review and pics soon.

Folks, any idea if we can tweak the HK system to include navigation? (Can the current HK system in XT atleast support this feature?) [surprise]
or
Will there be an upgrade for existing XT customers to get the navigation like that of BOLT?

As per the T-BHP Bolt review the existing HK systems on Zest are not upgradable for video and navigation as the head unit requires memory up gradation

Last evening when I started my car to go back home, showed the handbrake engaged on the screen with reversing park sensor display. Even after i started driving & parking brake completely off, it was still showing the same screen with a irritating beep sound. Ultimately it went away after I pressed the parking sensor button. Anyone else faced this issue?

that sad to know we cannot upgrade our HK system but one thing friends, i was surprised when my HK system read iphone bluetooth.. WOW factor was that. Now i can play music and attend to phone call using my iphone too...[clap]

I need one clarification . Page 74 of the manual states 'Vehicle starting function is controlled by EMS ECU & it requires “gear in Neutral” and “fully pressed clutch pedal”. These interlocks are included to avoid unintended vehicle movement during cranking as a safety measure.' but when my engine switch off during heavy traffic and because of heavy honking, in hurry i start my Zest in 2nd gear itself.
Is this something wrong I am doing?

Happy to share the news from NDTV that TATA ZEST leads on sales for the 2nd consecutive month(Oct,Nov 2104) .[:D][:D]
This success starts with a small margin by 42 Nos in Oct 2014 .
Now for the second month (Nov 2014) TATA ZEST took a considerable lead by 525 Nos from the sales of AMAZE .
TATA ZEST on the other hand tailing on numbers by just 64 Nos and thus bring down a narrow gap from it's leading competitor Hyundai X cent .

Hat's off for the TML Engineers and Hearty thanks for the supporters and the True reviewers.[clap]

My guess is yes for Navigation and No for Video playback.
Mirroring the screen is not a resource consuming feature and should be fine with lower memory.

Did you accidentally press on the reverse parking button when you started? If activate parking sensors using button, then you need to press it again to turn it off
