Thank God.. TML now have a tagline. #madeofgreat . So happy. So launch is near. Ads still need to have some soul. Slow pace is what I like. Safari ads were like that. A story and a tagline.

@kasscon: I am carless right now[drive] Was scheduled to get Nano XTA on November 13 and have just sent a query to the dealer regarding Kite AMT availability. If looks like a long wait/delay I will go for the Nano and wait for reviews and owner reports.

Hey boleboom just hold on for a few months.I have a gut feeling this product will demolish the competition.This is the result of learning from all the mistakes of their previous products.There is a genuine attempt to improve service as well.It is perceptible but I agree it is an uphill task with all those thick skin dealers used to selling only taxis.I think the way forward is to appoint new dealers even in metros where they have established dealers.The product at first glance looks promising;observe the tight panel gaps and the premium grill and headlights.Read a post in another forum you know which one;that messi will lose his name by endorsing TATA MOTORS !!How absurd..Here is a company going global taking apna desh with it.And no..the company has not compromised.it has made mistakes but never compromised unlike many phoren brands.

dr vm: Just got a response from my dealer. His estimate is Mid Jan with waiting period as usual expected with a new launch. The thing is that I am visiting Kolkata for a month and have sold my Honda Civic. I need a ride and could not locate any self drive service in Kolkata.

This looks super, look at the detailing in the Head & Tail Lamps, and the positioning above Nano & below Bolt, wow it will have the Kwid, Celerio (yuk diesel), and WagonR in its radar.

Launch should not be very far off

I asked my SA in Kanpur today, if any new launch from Tata Motors this year, he said yes, shall update when & what once I am informed

Don't know what to say, I got the design the way I thought after spy shot observation.

My take- Rear looks amazing and will put fingers to the mouth of people who abused Tata for the rear design of Indica and the family.

Headlights-great detailing and there would be not projectors (asking too much). But still great[clap]

Grill - amazing however I will still reserve my comments on front look as it looks tooo sharp.[surprise]

Side profile - Tata going to shake the segment which those sharp lines and mature feel of design. Am impressed.

Still final verdict would be after I see it on face of clear picture of the Car. Am being devil here[glasses]

TATA Kite looks more prominent and futuristic design but Branding plays more role to grap peoples heart and i would prefer to call it as TATA Kite the name feels so pleasent and modern

Please TATA dont put ugly names like Glade,boom its sounds nasty

my Options for this car is TATA Kite or TATA WOo

Exactly. You have nailed it.

I had liked the name falcon they could have just called the Sedan and FalconF5 and hatch as Falcon F4 That would have sounded so performance related than much more pedestrain Zest and bolt.

Similarly I like Kite Nexon more than Glade Boom or woo. Woo is a dangerous name, if people dont like that car it would be Boo.

Most probably the names would be Sway and Zica. Don't know how people would call them.

Falcon would be great, or F4 and F5 ... Start series.

Looking at the reviews and spy shots of kite!! I'm getting a feeling that, i should have waiting for another 3-4 months to buy KITE instead of ZEST [;)]
