According to IAB Tata Kite will have Lionel Messi as its brand ambassador. This would be interesting way for Tata Motors to rebuild its brand and increase appeal among youth.

I believe more than Kite the CS will be the real trendsetter. A CS at a price lower than all other in the market with good quality and features should grab some numbers for Tata Motors

The CS especially looks really good in this angle . Iguess this would be best looking CS in all segments. (considering Kite CS would be a segment lower than Zest, Amaze, Aspire, etc)

Number what these kite twins will generate not sure but VFM wise definitely should be right on the top.

Now that these are completely new car which bear no resemblence to any exiting tata cars, I wont be surprised if some try to find similarities between older cars and start ranting about tata.

The cars look stunning and carry no resemblance to existing cars. Hope people stop bashing the Brand again coz i see a pattern that people make it a point to pick on Tata Cars despite never having owned one.

Is it only me? For a second I thought it was Bolt. Couldn't gauge out any drastic design change from their other car. But i like design of Bolt. Bold and Sleek.

This looks good. I found the hatch better than CS. On a lighter note, when i masked the logo of hatch and showed to my colleague, he asked if this is a new Hyundai car.

Well can you differentiate between the hyundais Creta and santafe? Or for that matter i20 Elite is also has good resemblance to other cars.

Similarly the Kwid and the Duster look similar and more striking similarity between Kwid and the top end Renault car (forgot the name)

Volkswagen cars are all same with different dimensions and so are skodas.

I think they need to reveal at-least are they going to release this year. Kite is a good quality product which might make potential Kwid RxT buyers away from Renault to Tata and rebuild the brand. No sound from people is killing.

Well looks good, but again people without seeing or trying the car, and sometimes people who have never driven a car will say don't go for Tata they have very bad after sales. Hope they get the success they deserve.

well the kwid with the minimum required bells and whistles (read AC / Power steering) is around the 3.5 Lacs range (correct me if i am wrong) Tata should price the kite hatch so close to the top end Kwid with its bigger engine and more comfort features that it should lure the customers away from Kwid.

Viky, In the Indian market, our buyers have strong reservations when they are buying a car. They largely evaluate merits of the brand rather than merits of the product. There are very very few informed people like us enthusiasts who evaluate the product first and then the brand. TATA has fallen prey to its "Taxi Image" in minds of buyers at large. Until and unless, the brand's image is not sorted, no matter how good their product maybe but still would be difficult to sell. You see, TATA made a genuine effort with BOLT and ZEST but still these capable products did not prove worthy for them and neither any of them flew off the shelves for TATA. So, For TATA to sell their products in India, they first need to improve their image as a brand.

Can't wait to see these two cars from Tata. Using Bolt Revotron from last 4 months, I am sure both these cars will be another genuine effort from Tata and they are leaving no stone unturned to make their products better. All the best Tata Motors

The real images will only reveal the color. For me this is no different than the Bolt and Zest, infact it resembles miniature Bolt and Zest and perhaps Tata wants to toss it off for the people wanting to have these cars in a lesser budget, I second them, but we have lots to asses furthermore.
