Tiago will always be remembered as a life saver product in the history book of Tata Motors. Tata truly deserves this success because they worked really hard and put their heart and soul into developing this car. Tiago truly is a world class car by an Indian car maker and we are proud of it. Way to go Tata. [thumbsup]

We all remember this car's journey from being Zica to now Tiago. The 1st product of Impact Design Language. A car that was tested to the limits before launch. A superb job by Tata Motors and a genuine game changer for them since it's beginning. I am proud to own it's bigger sibling, the Tigor[clap] Way to go! Now, in 2018-19, hope to see a Honda City rival from TATA and that too based on Impact Design Language. It takes sheer guts to do what so far TML has done.

Regards

Akash

Hello Friends,
I am looking to buy new car and split between Automatic vs Manual Tiago XZ. Planning to book within two weeks to avails of massive discount :D. Celerio juddering issues have scared me to go for AMT versions. Does Tata Tiago XZA also suffers from similar frequent juddering issue or complete failure as has been case with celerio AMT.
Or clutch of Tiago manual is smooth enough for stop-go traffic of bangalore. Please suggest shall I stick with manual or take bet on AMT.

Thanks,
Rohit

AFAIK AMT itself has some issues with juddering and have read elsewhere even the Alto K10 AMT has been facing issues especially with the Creep function in place, however the manual mode as said by many sure is an interesting thing to drive.

Suggest you take a TD of the car in free time and assess further to come to a decision.

Thank you for your kindness. Actually I planned to reveal it in my ownership review, but here it's: Earlier I have been allotted an XZ which I decoded and found to be July manufactured with 214 on odo which seems not convincing me to go for it and informed the same to dealership, then they have informed about placing new order and they will let me know about the VIN in 2 days.
