Will lodge a claim next month only as right now too busy to give the car away for repairs.SRT Tata needs atleast 4 days time.Tafe Access is in tiruppur but not sure of service quality.

I saw an SRT TATA showroom opening up in tirupur avinashi road, though not sure about service center. you can call them up and check.
Yes it will take another month's time to open up & will have full service set up.They have big customer base in Tirupur. Shows how TAFE is failing due to bureaucratic mind set.

Could be due to absence of ABS, airbags, alloys etc. How much was the difference in weight?
Interesting find. Manual petrol variants have only 15 kilos difference between XZ and XT (from user manual):
1012 (XZ), 997 (XT), 977 (XM), 975 (XE), 930 (XB)

Hi @archat68, don't worry about the mileage now, after you cross 3/4k your engine will have nicely run in, and the AMT, would be accustomed to your way of driving it. Do note the mileage will take a hit if you drive in dusty conditions, so do ask your ASS to check and clean the air filter at your first service.

I have few questions with Insurance and opting for Extended Warranty & AMC.
Delear has quoted 22,891/- as B2B Insurance.
Around 13k+ for extended warranty & AMC.
I saw few posts here about Royal Sundaram. I need your thoughts, premium, IDV about this Insurer (SA quoted as the insurence is from Oriental). Is this good for the premium?
Is it good to opt for AMC & Extended warranty?
Please guide me.
