Re: Tata Storme vs Mahindra XUV500 - Which One To Choose?
If some one has budget of merely 10 to 15 lakhs, should not try insane speeds even in emergency in Indian RWUP which require ESP .I have tried these speeds in a sedan only when situations were not like Indian RWUP.eg.curfew like situations. One of my friend did so in an emergency Situation but later admitted that he was wrong.
On nano , I will not comment.reason : OT. And I do not want to spoil decorum of the forum.
AFA VVIP (NETA) are concerned irrespective of amby or beamer (ESP equipped)they prefer to take pilot cars ahead of their cars as a precaution against collision. So yes , prevention is better than cure.i.e. Prevention of collision is better than utilisation of ESP.And for those who can't take pilot cars ahead of their cars can go for ESP cars remembering that it is neighther full proof prevention nor cure for an accident.
+100000, this is what I was trying to explain in my previous posts, and never said ESP is not required and not a great feature. But one can't deny the conditions as well it matters a lot with the driving attitude than any electronics saving you they are stand by to save.
How many cars are with ESP and ABS we are driving on the roads, if we do not have them, then are we in serious danger, NO, since they are not in our car, so we drive more carefully that's it !!
So ESP is not a deal breaker but it is a good future to have on safety grounds, but without ESP people still buy Storm and other cars. So please try to understand the point in the post.
Any way I my self told that we will not get into deeper discussion on these things and I am closing this discussion about ESP here
