Re: Tata Motor’s Cars – The Ultimate Reliability Survey
Great thread guys, tata cars well nothing to say about the space tata gives inside their cars, amazing.
Ownership report, well owned tata indica dls,2005, silver,
kms: 56850
not a single break down in this 8 years of ownership
yes small niggles, loose screws, nuts, timing belt loose,
twice battery changed
once tyres got changed which is like routine wear and tear department
But overall i am a satisfied tata owner, at the price of 3.4L on road price 8 years back, i loved my indica which continued to serve me superbly, older DI engine which kept giving me regular 16-17kmpl in city and 19-20 kmpl on highways.
But my issues as like others shared are with customer satisfaction at their dealership and ASS department, most of the people are half knowledgable,no promptness, small issues has to be rectified couple of times, these small niggles puts u off from this brand, other then that the journey atleast if i compare with my indica till now is commendable with improvement in products each passing year, hope they does the same in better much better and speeder way at dealership,ASS department too. They have their products to compete in top level, need to pull up their other departments too.
