Yes, we can wait for some more time. Is it feasible for you to drive from Hyd and return in 3 days? You might need to start little earlier, may be on 24th Jan night and reach Bangalore.

Yes, You are right Ram, I need to start on 24th from Hyderabad. I have my elder BIL lives in Bangalore, so my plan is to reach there by 24th night and proceed for our trip on 25th morning along with other Bangalore+Chennai members

I think 3 days will be good enough excluding travelling to nearest point. So more or less the venue also looks to be accepted and the dates too as mentioned by others. So can you finalise a itinerary as told by Maron. We can do the editing of the same till the last minute

Yes, You are right Ram, I need to start on 24th from Hyderabad. I have my elder BIL lives in Bangalore, so my plan is to reach there by 24th night and proceed for our trip on 25th morning along with other Bangalore+Chennai members

Yes, my original plan was the same as told by you to reach Bangalore by train and join with one our TAI friends from Bangalore or Chennai(depends on who's car looks appealing to me). But now I am thinking of driving down with my Ritz to Bangalore, but only problem is W, what is that .. wife. So I am trying to convince her that we all will go in my car to Bangalore with family and meet my BIL and I leave them in Bangalore and proceed with you guys to the meet. So let me try for this !!

Regarding dates, I think the 25-27th Jan'13 will look good to me.

We still have last round of discussion on the venue, because members from KL/MH have not commented on the same. Also we need the views about the dates too

Friend. That is great to know that you are going to drive down your Ritzy. Why to leave your family with you BIL, you can always accompanied with them if things goes well. Even I would like to bring my family if decent number of friends are doing the same. It would be nice I believe. [ I don't know will my wife will allow me if I am saying that I am going alone ] let us see.

Yes regarding dates it should be fine.

Let us wait for the friends from MH and KL to join us. Also we need to find out do we have any enthusiastic TAIians from AP to join you. I believe lot are there.

In the mean time, with the people known to that area/has experience in that area can help us on the following

• to fix the agenda when we are there
• Stay
• Food
• Approximate expense per person, for [my] safer side per family also
• Anything else..

Yeah, I was a nice idea to join with families, but one way it is good that we make them to see some new places, but if it is a TAI meet, I am sure most of the members would like to come as single, you know why !! to get some relief, so if that is the situation, then only 2 or 3 families will really disturb entire meet proceedings and would be very uncomfortable for other members. If you ask my personal opinion, I prefer to come alone for various reasons Sir, hope you understood in a positive way. Believe me for sure, if I come with my family, then all my time will go in controlling my kids whole time saying that don't do that don't do this, do not stand on that uncles car bonnet, do not pull that side view mirror, you know I have a tiny daughter who is capable of sending all the members cars to workshop after the meet and members will ban me for future meets. No offence for your idea.

Yes, hyderabad members are more now, but we'll anyway have a task of doing PMs to all the members and that will tell is how many are in.

hhahahahhahahhahah i could not stop laughing to see those guns ROFL

but you know at times, it is the same case with me too. I travelled to kanyakumari and back 4000km in M800 and no problem at home. I bought a nice diesel car and wanted to do such long trip, but failed to get permission sofar
