I agree with Tenida and Appus.
Imagine the situation like Tenida said. If that happens, it's most likely that you never will buy a Nokia again.
BTW, even though I don't (or didn't) shop much (offline/online), I always prefer buying online because there are a lot of selections to select from, for every budget. Whereas, if I'm buying offline, I've to go out, get in some stores, if I didn't like a shoe, travel to another place and bla bla.
Recently, I ordered an Adidas Tennis shoe from Myntra. The MRP of was 3699. But since it was my first purchase from Myntra, I got a coupon and applied it. Final price was about 2589.30. OMG, can you even imagine! 1100 rupees off on a 3700 shoe? That was just awesome! if I had bought from an offline store, I wouldn't have even got a rupee off.
Unfortunately, it didn't fit my foot (length was correct but the width). I guess every Adidas tennis shoe is almost the same. So I returned on the same day at around 8 PM for 70rs. And the next day evening, I got Rs. 2589.30 + 100 (shipping charge) as Mynt credits. Since I didn't want to buy something from Myntra, I asked for a Bank refund and wah! It was easy as ever.
Would love to shop again from Myntra.
However, the last purchase from Flipkart was not good. But this is NOT AT ALL a Flipkart's problem. The courier was utterly crap! They said some of the items is in the hands of the govt. ( TAX problem) and more than a week I waited. I cancelled it on last saturday and it returned back to Mumbai just today.
Waiting for the refund.
