These drunken drivers must be given harsh punishments. 6months back, our companys Indica Vista crushed a labourer to death and seriously injuring another. He wasnt drunk at the time of accident, but he dozed off. The time of th accident was 2:00am. Driver is still out, though he isnt driving that Vista.

Hi dude,

Recognising them in advance is one best way. Sometimes that seems to be difficult sitting in a sedan mate. :)

Come on dude. Not all scorpios do that. [thumbsup] Only few do those stuffs.
You have flag in your scorpio?? [evil]

lOl Arun, these things are common while driving.
The best way is to recognise them well before, & blinking the head lights.
You mentioned Scorpio, But i give way to all.

we cant stereotype scorpios & fortuners marun. i drive a scorpio but i have been bullied by many swifts, other sedans & even rickshaws! i just say to myself "Chill! Let the losers get a life!". they go with their pride but i know, in the end, i have a pristine & scratch free vehicle!

by the way, i have no flag or any symbol or any VIP number on my car!

Ritz went to a ditch in a shopping complex of BDA.
This happened yesterday afternoon around 2:30PM , Nagarbhavi BDA Complex.
The owner just engaged the gear into 2 & had stopped it seems on a inclined road, & had forgotten to engage handbrake.
No one was hurt.

Wow! Nice spotting! Were you at the spot? The Nose - down Ritz looks like a dog sniffing the ground. Was there anyone inside? If yes, then the front passengers must have been wearing their seat belts or they would never have come out. IMO, he's going to have a tough time getting the car back up. :lol!:

My bro had been there to meet his friend , He clicked the pics.
They saw the car was rolling, with no one inside.

Thats bad. The owner of Ritz got his car damaged just because of a silly mistake of not engaging the hand brake. He must be feeling terrible.

My father's dad (who I don't have contact with) was riding his scooter back from a village to Nellore, this evening, and fell down somewhere and sustained minor head injuries. He was rescued and taken in an Emergency Ambulance after > an hour. Turns out he wasn't wearing his helmet. [frustration]
Note: Don't blame me for asking him to wear his helmet, I've not had contact with him for a long time.

Crazy accident of Ritz! But i don think its difficult to pull the car out , must be easy enough for a crane! This is the reason i always engage the handbrake while stopping the car!

@ Arkin very sad to hear buddy! How is he now?

Ritz case is horrible!!!

I have seen many forget to lock the car. This case is pretty strange. Thank god that no one was inside. What could have happened if a child was sitting at the back seat. [surprise]
