Only the frame gets replaced , seats would be mine so I am a more worried because the seats would be fixed on the frame by the dealer itself and then frame gets fixed inside the car.
@Toughguy , have you inspected your seat for rust, I hope its fine
For POLO ICE upgrade do look at my thread

I am too looking forward to your ownership review poloman. This thread has already enlightened me about the car thanks to your valuable inputs.
I'm in a fix as to decide which colour to go for?I've booked d red shade now but every now & then I get the feeling to get it changed to either black or white.Although polo in red looks smokin hot & I'm young enough to flaunt such flashy shades(I'm 22) but IMO it looks more elegant in shades like black & white. So in a bit of a jizzy.

Dude, for your age red polo should suit you. You can go for pepper grey for a combo of bit of flashiness and elegance. I would vote for red only though.

Welcome to TAI GM88, congrats for your Polo booking.

IMO Polo looks best in Red color which is quite distinctive, nice choice of color by you go for it.

I don't want to draw unwanted attention on highways as i travel a lot on them, i found red eye catching i.e chosen white over red which mingles with the vehicle crowd easily but that is my own thinking and experience which may differ from person to person.

Guys i have recently went through the volkswagen website and they have removed the polo car configuration from the website.....i hope something is going to happen.....:) fingers crossed ;)

Variants < Polo < Models < Welcome to Volkswagen India
Last month i too checked this website before my Polo booking, i didn't found anything different, nothing has changed at their website from last one month. May be they removed car configuration from their website before that, i too saw configuration page last year.

Good. Also when you tilt all the way back to 180 degress the rollers get exposed , that was the place where i found rust, you can check that too

Re: Ownership Review: Polo 1.2 TDI Comfortline (Diesel)

Thanks ToughGuy and Rightnow. I'm increasingly getting inclined towards black or silver now. I think red won't look particularly good if I put in some after market alloys which are high on my shopping list. Also I want to get the fog lamps fitted from after market. I know its not advisable as it may void the warranty but then I'm ready to take my chances.
I have to confirm my SE the color by tomorrow as I want the delivery on 31st March. Right now four shades(Black, silver, red and white) are running in my head. My parents want me to go for a Red Polo. God WHY does Polo look stunning in each and every color. Got a real difficult decision to make today.
