The SA guy has promised me that he will try to give me as much discount as possible and I for my part will try to manage as much as I can as far as the accessories are concerned. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to ask whether it will be a good idea to ask them to fit the Michelin XM2 R15 tyres on my Brio? I guess I need to pay the difference in sum.

I doubt they will do that and obviously if they do they will charge for that because you will be opting for a version that is not factory fit and sells in the outer market at a higher rate.

I don't know whether they should be called accessories really because they are necessities in todays date. Rear parking sensors will cost you about Rs 5,000/- and if you want reverse parking display it will be about Rs 10,000. I had also gone to some Honda showrooms when I was considering Brio and so I found that one of these 2 is a must.

This is completely my personal opinion but I do not feel Brio really requires a rear parking sensor. There is a good vision of the rear. Thanks to the glassy rear. A good knowledge of your cars dimension will do the job.

May be, Seat covers will be a good option ahead of rear parking sensor. Think on it.[:)]

agree, the rear window gives a good view and unless you are short in height and/or a new driver these parking displays are a waste of money.

what i would suggest is good seat covers, if you park your car vertically then side protectors are helpful since they protect the paint on the sides when you/others open the car.

you can a gear lock installed for added safety. i have autocop central locking installed as well.

the front/back bumper protectors are a waste so do not bother spending $ on them.

rear Corner bumpers and side door protectors "might" help too. But that can be added to the "sometime later" list. You can never believe the 2 wheelers on Indian roads.
