Nice pricing I must say. :D

Some how I find the pricing bit confusing.

Difference between Base Petrol and CNG : Rs. 75000
Difference between LX Petrol and CNG : Rs. 61000
Difference between LXI Petrol and CNG : Rs. 57000

The accessory list is same across Petrol and CNG models, then why the price difference is not constant. Any one?

Or is it that Maruti is assuming that not more people will buy LXI CNG and more would be inclined towards Base CNG, so milk the customers as much as possible on that variant.

Hey congrats buddy !! which color you are going with and when are you buying it and what is the delivery time they said.

My father is telling to get me white because our First car Maruti 800 (1989) also came with white color so nostalgic kind of. Dealer is saying as the stock is very large so will get the car within 4 days after registering.
Buying this week before Durga Puja I think.

Maruti Suzuki has finally launched the much awaited 2012 new Alto 800 hatchback. Maruti has completely re-modelled its best selling hatchback, the alto 800. Currently Maruti sells the Alto in two avatars. One being the 800 Alto and the other the Alto 1000. This new re-modelled Alto 800 will replace the old model Alto 800.




Maruti is all set to launch their New Alto 800 in the coming days. Should Hyundai on the other hand be worried? Hyundai in the past few months has been receiving good response for their small wonder Eon. Will the new Maruti Alto 800 impact Hyundai's sales. On the other hand do you like the new Alto 800?




Let's not forget the Maruti Alto has been around for more than a decade and now with the launch of the new avatar, the company expects the Alto brand to be taken to a whole new level.




There is absolutely no doubts that the Maruti 800 has been winning quite a few generations hearts. Before Hyundai the Maruti 800 was the ultimate small car for Indians.




The new Alto 800 will be offered in a CNG version as well. Maruti has cleverly slated the launch during the festive season and hopes to cash in on the festive demand.




The new Alto 800 is more spacious and has a more enhanced sporty feature design than its old Alto counterpart. The most outstanding feature of the all new Alto 800 is the mileage output which stands at 22.74 kmpl.

So i guess, the doubts of all has been cleared. The Alto 800 would replace the current Alto. I wish they facelift the Alto k10 so that the same interiors can be incorporated there.

Yes, we can expect this till May 2013 for sure.
I wonder how the price is decided. We got Alto k10 at 3.20 onroad last year.Does Petrol LXI Rs 2.99 lakh make any sense ?
