@ Varun Sir, The speakers were below as there is no space for big speakers in the front. I could hear the music, but a bit low. Now I'll place the speakers properly.

The rusting on the seats are very common in 800, please make sure you paint them black. Why not use spray cans ?
Yes, I'll paint it black. I would have used spray can, but I have 350 ml black paint (best quality) sourced from a secret source [;)] and will have to use it before it dries up.

Coming to B'lore ?
I wish I could . . . .

@ Sethu Sir, I have two reason's for the resign.
1. Fed up of the slow response of the sales/purchase & logistics department of my company. (I have to hear a lots of * * * * from the clients)
2. Will start preparing for banking/govt jobs, as I have promised my sis that I'll soon be in a govt. sector job. And Its impossible to concentrate on studies while being in a job.

Just remove the blower fan which is mounted by 3 screws. You can remove this from driver side. After removing that you can cleanthe fan as we all you can reach inside the blower unit..

Just a suggestion even though am so good at this. If you still have any space constraint, you try the speakers in the same position but instead of flat where the speakers are facing upside, you can try slanting position where speakers will be facing either front are back.

What about chennai?[lol]

The carpet will be cleaned properly tomorrow. I was willing to wash the seat covers but due to the foam like material inside I can't wash them. Is there any other way to clean the seat covers at home ??

Why have you used red oxide, normal paint will prevent rusting inside as well.If you have leaks you need to seal them either by welding or silicone sealant or any other such sealant.

I had bought red oxide for underbody coating and coating the other metal parts. So I had leftover redoxide so coated the interior. Till date no such leaks are there.

Hi Shantanu.lko, your car was recently painted rite ? How did rusting start ?

Are you painting white on it..
No, Not painting it now, Whenever any car comes to the garage for a paint job, I'll paint the floor using air compressor and automotive paint.

Very less rusting was there (near the patch work joints.) and few other areas, as the floor was painted with left over paint and not applying any primer etc.
This work was done when I was not in the garage. [anger]

I sanded a thin layer of paint and applied primer. (precautions for future) [;)]

Thanks,
No I have not added any extra switches for this. I have connected the +ve wire of the lights to the ACC terminal and the -ve wire to the door light switch wire (used for cabin light). So When any door is opened lights on all 4 doors will be on.
