The alternator will be upgraded soon (waiting for some vitamin M)
I have fixed the new fog light in the bumper.

The indicator is cut short and will be fixed next to the light.

Another options for indicators :

Using alto indicators

or

Using sumo indicators

Please suggest which one is looking better. As I have to fix the bumper by sunday morning, as we have to go to a relative's house in the evening.

Hi Shantanu.lko, as in the pic I can see that the alty is not fitted properly ! Also I feel that it is not OEM alty upgrade it soon.

The fog lamp in the indicator slot looks good, but what about the parking lamp ?

Don't apply primer on to the silencer, it melts away within few kms. You can paint the condenser tip (side mounting).

There is no label or sticker on the alty. Only Lucas TVS is engraved. Maybe the previous owner have changed the alty.

For the parking lamps I have the LED strip attached near the head lights. The LED strips are connected to the parking light wires.

Should I install the ALTO Indicators or it will look ugly ??

Is there any way to for silencer pipe and cans anti rust treatment ??

Sorry to say Shantanu,
Please do not add SUMO fog lamps or those alto indicators in the front bumper, it looks ugly. Your car is recently repainted & is very neat & clean in its actual condition. Also avoid painting anything in your car with brush, you get compressors on rent for as low as 150rupees a day (With spray gun), you will love it & the output too will be good. Try this when you have ample time.

Secondly, do not apply anything on the silencer, one problem is that it melts. The bigger issue is it smells a lot when it melts, especially when driven for long stretches. If it is rusted/ has holes. Upgrade to Headers & FFE or simply replace it with new one.

My car's tail pipe starting from the end can is rusted badly & is almost half cut. I am not going to do anything to it, except replacing it.

All the best. Sorry if my opinion hurts, I just like the clean white OEM looks your car has.

Thanks for the reply. I'll not add any extra sumo or alto indicators. I have not used the compressor for painting the under body as I painted the car in my limited parking space and I had to lift the car up using jacks and crawled under for painting

Thanks for your opinion. Thanks for preventing me from making my car look ugly

Hi, why are those speakers below the seats, will you be able to hear the music ?

The rusting on the seats are very common in 800, please make sure you paint them black. Why not use spray cans ?

Resigning your job ? Coming to B'lore ?
