The wheel caps are looking big as the photo is an extreme closeup. I clicked the pics when the car was parked in my house. The portico is small and thus the camera was less than 1 foot away from the tires.

Shantanu, Superb stickers buddy. BTW, how much the spanner set cost? branded one? My friend got some spanner set from some shop [dont know the cost] and the spanners started slipping very fast and after few months none of the spanners were usable.

. Yesterday my father tried to start the car, but the battery is gone(it was disconnected). Now I am trying my best to end up the work ASAP and go back home.
Somehow I managed to get some leave and visited Manipal and Bangalore (the city famous for Varun Sir's car). I was with my sis and her friends and the schedule was too tight. I wanted to meet Varun Sir, but due to the tight schedule I was unable to contact him.

Sorry Varun Sir & Anand Bhai, this time I am unable to come as I have been sent back to Lucknow, as there is some problem.
If I come back to Mumbai I'll surely come to Bamgalore
Else I'll come sometimes later.
I am going back home and will start my car & activa after 25 days.

You can press the throttle pedal couple of times & then try starting the car (doesnt need multiple cranks in this case. Switch off all electricals in your car, let it idle for a couple of mins and then drive it around.

Welcome back to TAI shantanu. TAI misses you a lot man. Come on with you DIYs. I still have not started my LED work. And pls go thru my chevy modification and spares thread and I think your advice is required there.

My car has completed near about 500 kms (5 months) after the restoration. Should I get it serviced now or drive for few more kms. Its working fine and the oil is also in good condition. During the restoration process the engine, brakes, mechanicals were not touched. It was only the body and paint work.
