Thanks Surya..
I believe though effective this mixture would be a dust magnet back in India. Also wondering how would engine oil and diesel mixture affect the rubber parts like dampeners and strut ends.

OIL helps natural rubber not to dry out, like mechs suggest use AC once in a week not to dry out orings, reason compressor oil will lubricate orings. One more example drive shafts uses special grease such that boot will not crack or cut early due to drying of boot rubber. Service manuals suggest that installation of any rubber parts should be applied with grease or oil.

Hi DrManju

You can buy at essar auto maruti authorized distributor for spares at siddaya road opp to urvasi theatre. It is shell 0W20 fully synthetic oil. See the picture below. First three free services can be done at home if you have provision for that at your home, service at home can be verified with your dealer. Use 0W20 oil only, don't use any other grade oil.

Hi DrManju

you can use any combination below

1. Poorboys black hole+Poorboys EX-P sealant+Poorboys natty blue paste

2. Poorboys black hole+collanite 845+Poorboys natty blue paste

Regular day to day cleaning use jopasu duster, once in week or two use waterless wash with proklear raw extreme cx. Once in a month water wash with sonax gloss shampoo.

Correct method to clean AC Condenser

The AC condenser will expel the heat from compressed refrigerant coming from the compressor. Condenser fan will suck the air which is behind the condenser. Over the time condenser fins will become dirty by road dust, oil, mud and chemicals. Some toughest dirt will etch in to the aluminium condenser fins and its very difficult to remove it. Due this condenser will not expel required amount of heat, so pressure in the high side will increase, due to this high pressure dual pressure switch will switch of the compressor, result no sufficient cooling, when high side pressure increases there is a relief valve in the compressor that opens up and releases refrigerant to atmosphere, you are losing valuable refrigerant unnecessarily. Condenser fan will run continuously and you loose fuel economy. Chances of engine heating problem can occur, in that case too compressor is switched off.

To avoid this, clean condenser once in three months with hand pressure sprayer and Pril liquid. Pour 100ml Pril into 2ltr hand pressure sprayer and spray thoroughly into condenser fins and wait for 20 mins and spray clean water until suds clears off.

The aim is to maintain new original condenser aluminium finish of the fins, if you do that you AC is trouble free. Your AC compressor will run for lifetime.

Step 1.

Wash the car with ONR proklear raw extreme, apply very thin coat of black hole let it haze and buff it.

Step 2.

Apply very very thin coat of EX-P sealant and wait 45 min and buff it off. Reapply second coat wait for 45 mins and buff if off.

Step 3. Apply one coat of natty blue let it haze and buff it off.

Hi Doc,
images are not clear, but you can follow below procedure

1. Use 3M finenessit rubbing polish, first use this rubbing polish to level the scratches.

2. Wash with ONR

3. Apply auto base coat with zero brush, after 20 mins use clay bar to level the surface using ONR as clay lubricant

4. Let it dry for 2 hours, then get your car colour at any paint mixing shops and touch up with zero brush.

5. Wait for one day or two and you can use rubbing polish to level the paint after that you can wax your bumper to get the shine.

Do not full paint the bumper at workshops you lose immediately car value and paint will never match.

Note: If you could not able to do these steps leave it like that they are not so disturbing.
