It is not fuel filter its oil filter part no required because dealers using different oil filter, I want to cross check that .you can check in your service bill for part no.

Hi Doc, check your car oil filter part no, just check at under the car near oil sump area there you can see oil filter, note down the part no if it is 16510M68K00 then you stick to same part no, Dealers are using oil filter part no with 16510M68K10, when I asked for the maruti circular regarding the same there is no circular from maruti stating that use 16510M68K10 instead of 16510M68K00.

Oil change interval is 10000, but you insist them first service 1000km oil change. There after you can change engine oil as per your wish.

Got oil filter with order number as you said

Excellent Doc, good to know they have used correct oil filter. In the morning you check oil level in the dipstick on perfectly levelled floor, oil level should not cross MAX mark can be little low. 0W20 oil, resin coated pistons and low tension piston rings have tendency of excessive blow by. Added to this type 3 K12MN engine oil sump do not have baffles so blow by increases.

To reduce this blow by Type 3 engine oil capacity is 3.1 ltr instead of 3.4 ltr in type 2 engine.
