what about the towns/cities those doesn't have Nexa showrooms? They can still market them on their regular Maruti showrooms?

I don't know which stupid fellow invented these so called Nexa showrooms. They are extremely unpractical and actually waste of investment. Instead, they should have focused more on their regular showrooms.

Just because of Nexa, you can't change your brand value, Maruti Suzuki.

By the way, I just loved to read those specs of Baleno and very alluring indeed, especially that red babe.

Baleno name is confirmed for Maruti Suzuki's latest hatchback for India too. Speculated to be priced at 6.5 - 9 lakhs ex showorom.

I20 and Jazz start at 5.3 lakhs right? So Baleno also should be around that.

And regarding name, even if they use the name Maruti Frog :D , use inspired design and swift like headlights or whatever, this car is going to sell in huge numbers , who knows , maybe even top the segment. :P

Just like - however good a car the Aspire is, it never is going to catch up with the sales of the Dzire.

In international markets it will compete with hyundai i30, 1 segment above the i20. I too thought it will compete with i20 but if it's above the jazz and i20 it should have more features with better build quality.

i30 is totally different beast and Its more bigger and wider car than Baleno. If they priced it like i30 in the market, It's gonna be another failure for Suzkuki. I don't think they would dare like that.

Suzuki if you think this car is a premium car and you are confident about this car then why can't you send a piece to ncap and prove its crash worthiness before it starts selling.
If you can prove it I'm sure many including me will line up for one, because I don't believe in Suzuki anymore. They are just here to loot Indian customers with tin can metal thickness cars. I seriously think the euro spec car will receive a 5 star and India spec will be again a 0 star according to Suzukis previous history. Well I'm not ready for to pay 8-10lakh to Suzuki for my coffin.

Are these going to be available in small towns through regular Maruti showrooms? Or One should order through NEXA only?

In that case, for the obvious reasons, many people may not prefer to order through Nexa. For example, In Andhra Pradesh, Only Vishakapatnam is having NEXA showroom and in Telengana only Hyderabad.

These days I am very hesitant to consider or recommend Maruti or Hyundai cars purely because of pathetic safety ratings. Curious to know where the Indian version Baleno stands with respect to crash test ratings. Hopefully not swift like ZERO star rating.
