thanks for the amazing reviews guys. One of my friend wants to buy Ertiga and was confused between few cars. Reading these reviews i would definitely suggest him to get this car.

Good to know that you have got response from dealer after escalating to Maruti.
The dealer don't bother much unless it comes from Maruti. I think most of the dealers are like that only.

Would you please let me know the escalation process ?

After the 2nd free service i got a email from maruti regarding service feedback. There was a link, which connect me to the service feedback portal. I escalated on this page with give them lowest points on their service.

And this (escalation process) always works.

Today got my Jopasu - Car Duster from Snap Deal. The price is Rs.569.

Ordered it yesterday afternoon and got it today afternoon. Excellent service by SD.

Last weekend i have applied wax on my car. Now very good amount of dust gathered every where. The duster worked and clean my car as just fresh out of a water wash. Awesome result

My LUV is now arouund 8000 KM old. Going strong and giving me constant mileage of 13KMPL in city.

You seem to spend more time cleaning and polishing than actually driving your car.ha ha. just kidding.

I basically just clean the windows and the rims once in a while. Next car wash will be at the next service or the monsoons "whichever is earlier" .

Mine is ecru beige. The color in my opinion is the most maintenance friendly color. You have to touch it to know if its dirty sometimes. I am very satisfied with my color decision even though once in a while people swear at me when they get the stuff on theirs hands and clothes when they come in contact with my ride. yeah back off.

My car has already done around 8K KM. In last 1-2 months did not get time for a long drive. (Work load & family commitments).

yes, the ecru beige color is maintenance friendly color. but white color is a dirt magnet. thats why i need to clean my car frequently.

Here is my car clean schedule :

1) Daily : Clean dust (jopasu car Duster).
2) Weekly : Water wash (at home) & QD (Meg) + clean the glass (meg glass cleaner).
3) Monthly : Water wash + QD + WAX + Glass Clean + Tyre clean & polish .
4) In 2 month : (All from point 3) + interior clean & wax / polish .

i know it is very time consuming & tiring but i am satisfied with my work.
My car is 8-9 months old and i still feel the showroom / new look till date.

I really appreciate the way Rogger motores deal with its customer.
I got a confirmation call from them after the product booking.
2-3 SMS regarding the shipping status.
They have packed the product very well to avoid any leakage.
They actually put a separate black cap on the bottle and pack the sprayer separatly.

UPDATE:

Got the Arm Rest yesterday. The fit & Finish is just OK. Some loose stiching on the front side of arm rest.

But packaging was good and i think its VFM.

I will install it in this weekend with the help of accessories guy.

Yes... Same issue with the armrest.
Loose stitching.But that's fine. It will serve the purpose.
We have to use it till Maruti gave us a genuine accessory (Arm rest).

I will try to install it this weekend and update here.

I have installed the Arm rest in my LUV.
I took help from the accessory shop. Installation charge was Rs 50 only.

Result is awesome. Very comfortable while driving.

Is it tough and able to withstand weight?
You need to remove only the handbrake casing or the seats too?
Does it hinder the operation of handbrake?
