Ya this is a wiring kit to upgrade the headlamps, the stock ll be 55/60.
When we upgrade the bulb to 100/90 the stock wiring doesn't support, hence an extra wiring with a cutout and fuse.[:)]

I think with the below pic you can get to know the power of the bulb.
Varun most maintained M 800 every seen in my life

can you guide me how to get strong headlights like yours in my M800 [confused]

Hey Varun
thanks man
I stay in delhi where attitude sucks I have seen mechanics not doing a good job when you take your M 800 out
they don't treat same way if bigger cars are taken to them
Did you get the A/c job done by specialized mechanic
also what are the parts of when A/C is fitted from outside
is there a higher power compressor needed for M 800 to give better output on A/C ?

Can you assist me with three issues

A/C , Headlights and Horn

how to get them like top notch form.

Re: My Modified Maruti 800.

Yes you need a bigger compressor but again it drains the power of your engine.
So if you are ok with the loss in pickup, then try sanden 508(i guess, forgot the exact model).

Yes people don't threat properly when we take our 800, I too faced this problems.
But now, any thing either mechanical or electrical I will only do it. But I have an good local mechanic for my assistance.

For head lamps you can go for 100/90 blubs with relay and wiring cost 1k
Horn its upto you starting from 500rs, I have hella redgrills cost 1350 a pair.

Also if you put 100/90 bulbs, please dont use any other electrical accessories with it because our 800's stock alternator does not have the capacity to charge the battery.
I have upgraded to swift alternator. Please refer this thread,

Re: Maruti 800: Technical Issues and Solutions

Hi Friends... Im facing a strage problem with my Maruti800. Evenif I gradually increase/decrease the speed, the speedometer needle is not moving as in the normal case. There is a vibration kind of effect (vobling..?) in between the speed range of 0-60kmph. The movement of the speedometer is regular when it is above the 60 reading. Thinking that its the problem with speedometer cable, I got this changed. But still the problem exists. RNS people are not able to diagnose this [frustration].

Can anybody help me with the reason of the same please...

Guys please reply soon because after 1 n half hour around 9am I am going out for this only. I want to cure this problem today.
