Hi guys, got new Autotrust seat covers and 3D floor mats for my xcent 3 weeks back.
Was busy from last 2-3 weeks, so couldn't post the pics of the same.
Total Expenditure 7k.

i didn't find 3 mats comfortable. they move around a lot. they velcro fastening is not so good
hi guys, i had posted issue with "steering being too hard specially in higher speed/gear". after driving for about a month an 1000 kms. its feeling better now// may be that i am getting used to it, same is the case with brake. to get over the sharp braking issue, i am pushing the clutch first and then applying brake. it helps in reducing the sudden jerk i was experiencing before.
the other small issue i noticed is that the Rear view mirror and side mirror images are not in sync.

Yes. You need to check in the menu settings of the player to enable this. By default it is turned off and there are three levels you can set this.
Haven't tried it though, as the car is quiet enough even at high speeds.

Auto adjust volume option available, and i tested it in my 1.2S(o). It works well, but this may be a useful option only when you are in highs.
Got my extended warranty for 3rd and 4th year frin HMP chennai , cost Rs.8500.

No steering issues for me. I switched from swift to xcent, Can`t compare with swift steering reaponse with Xcent. Both are totally different. Check air pressure regularly. Go for wider tyres. Mine is 14" alloys with OEM (apollo) tyres. Thought of upgrading the tyres initially, but not required.
Almost 1500kms done, finished my first service with HMP chennai. You can always call HYUNDAI direct call centers to register a complaint, their response is super fast, and you will get your problem solved ASAP.

Hi guys, was a bit busy last month.
Last week I took my car on 700 kms trip to Punjab, car goes at 140 km/h very easily after that it takes time to go ahead. I got 16 kmpl fuel efficiency with the tankful method.
Have covered 8000 kms no issues with the car.

I have a plan to change in old wagonR with a new compact sedan in Petrol (my monthly run is about 500-600kms and they sit very well in my pocket), i have taken test drive for Xcent, Amaze and Zest. Amaze best exterior but least impressive interiors and features so out of the thought now.
So now it remains between Xcent and Zest and i am totally confused now which car to go for, Hyundai is tried and trusted brand with proven quality and good ASS and TATA best ever passenger Car (ABS.Airbags, HK sound system system, touch screen display)they have manufactured so far but long run quality and ASS is still to be a question.
If i compare both cars , Zest is around 75k cheaper then Xcent, Seek advice from the you guys is it worth spending this difference for Xcent or Zest will be the VFM.
My primary choices about the car are FE, Safety, comfort.

Tata is offering so much, but i am not seeing many of them in and around chennai!!.
Xcent petrol is good to go. Driving it for last 6 months. S(o) comes with ABS and Alloys too.

Please help!!Xcent exceptionally is great VFM,best in class features..
However,
A) I anticipate my daily running to be approx 1300 kms per month.
B) Considering diesel and petrol prices are narrowing I am thus considering the xcent petrol[sxo]
C) Pls advise if my decision is right?
