^^ The sound is good for OEM standards. Problem is with rear speaker. They are weak and hardly audible. I am exploring for options to do something about it. But I am afraid it will void warranty. Let me get some options and I will update in my thread soon. But still, ear passenger can still enjoy music!

1. A/C is more than enough and even now at summers, I never put it beyond 2nd position. It is that good! Not like old i10.
2. 13 at city, 17 at highway
3. Nope.
4. No. Apart from stock reverse camera, don't buy anything from them. They are damn expensive.
5. No idea, but here in my place it comes around 6.3L and after discounts(if any), it will be some 20k lesser.
Correct Furious,
1. I'm in Vadodara and have driven to Delhi / Jaipur / Ajmer / Udaipur / Mumbai / Pune, and have never faced any Issues with AC - Mine is always on just 2-3 clicks below the Red mark...Using ust 25 % of the Cooling.

2. I'm getting around 14 in City and while on my Longer trips - 500 Kms/800Kms/1200kms, I got about 18.75 KMPL( Average )

3. No Braking Issues faced so far,

4. Don't buy from Hyundai, it's veyr costly. and with advent of so many Online Sites, buy them Online or trust your local guy. You'll get more options !

5. Sorry, no Idea for Delhi's On road Price !!!

Yes, Rear Speakers are weak....I'm just waiting for them to fade/get damaged [;)] . Will upgrade them. but I doubt that, it will help, as Output of the Main unit might be an limitation.

^^ I very often drive heavy foot and so the mileage. I extracted close to 18 during my first long trip, but now with deteriorating roads and bad traffic in SH, I am getting low mileage. But nevertheless, it is still good IMO.

I think it's the head unit settings. I changed the rear speakers , my friend manufactures them. I have listened the sound in his car with amplifier and 2 of my friends's car without amplifier. In my car there was hardly a difference. There was no change in the volume just the quality.

My verna has all same speakers at the front and the back. This i got to know after seeing another thread.

So maybe changing the head unit and adding a amplifier will solve the rear speaker voulme.

I do know that, but the HU gels well with dashboard and I was so afraid fitting an aftermarket HU will ruin it's looks. I am so content with this. Since I have no issues as of now, I have no plan to change the HU. I tweaked SQ/EQ in HU and it is okay for time being. Since I am not an audiophile, things are good for me.[:D]

Yes .. :agree: even I don't want to mess up to look of the dashboard, It looks good with the Original Unit. But there must be a way around this ! . . Has any one got any Ideas ??[thinking]

^^ Not everyone can DIY something like that. And moreover the issue is with HU, and not rear speaker AFAIK. I am trying to analyse the HU with one of my friend who owns car sound system shop. Will get some idea from him, I guess!

if your HU has RCA out, you can connect an amp and it effectively bypasses the HU amps.

I've connected woofers for lack of bass, you can connect midranges or tweeters for clarity.
best thing is my system works in parallel to factory system, you you've got no messed looks and all speakers working.

Got it. Too afraid to do anything on my own at this point. Anyways will try to take help from my friend who is an professional at this and see if it can be improved. Thanks for the suggestion! [:)]

I guess you already have 4 speakers but you're not satisfied with the volume?

with a 4 channel amp, you'll be able to add 4 more speakers. I'll suggest you can add 2 midranges and 2 tweeters. so in all you'll have a very nice 8 speakers premium sound system.

^^ Yes, but where to place additional speakers? Placing under seat is not good. I am planning to install a decent sub and a couple of mid's in boot. But will my HU able to manage this many speakers is another question. Guess I need to read the manual in and out and do something about it!

1. installing mids in boot is worthless. the insulation allows low frequency bass to pass through but will block most of the vocals.

2..once you install an amp, you can stop worrying about HU. since they'll be managed and powered my the amp.

I meant, like in Hatches, I will place the speaker behind the rear head rest.

Do you mean the existing amp is useless?
