well alot of us have that fog formation in our headlamps, i tried tightening the dust cover no changes, i think they skipped quality on the seals.

show it to the showroom, they may change your headlight assembly in warranty. Theres lots of folks who have this issue, i see fog on the indicator section as well as headlight section.
btw i read above you inquired about activating the speed sensing locks, well a few showrooms have written their hack codes to enable this via g-scan. Some dont as they do not want to tamper with the software.

I have once showed to the service center they said its common and not an issue [frustration]
I have shot a mail along with the Photographs lets see whats comes up..!!! [surprise]

oh my buddy dont bother! Ive shot a mail and photographs of my belt showing premature signs of wear,The belt was tearing up at few places, mail sent twice about 4 weeks back no reply yet.

Last time i shot an mail got reply very next day regarding Fe issue [confused]

i shot a mail to their cr@hmil id. First mail was asking about which oils i can use, they were hard on saying i can only use oil from their service centre, i replied back asking why are there oil specifications given in the owners manual why not remove that page then? showroom uses cheap grades i am getting better grades in the market, then they again reply using any oil from market will void warranty.
next mail i shot them was about my suspension issues that never got replied, next as about this belt, then one about suspension upgrades no reply there as well.

i haven't seen this yet on my car .but it happened on both the headlamps then sure it's some factory defect.

and as nick says after warranty they say " saar (sir) [lol] change it or else humidity will cause damage to the bulb etc etc" [anger]

Maybe you should have written in their customer care site but you wont be able to attach photo and you should brief your complaint 1n 1000 words [frustration]
