at my service centre we cannot go to an advisor directly we have to fill up a form and hand it over to the reception who places it at the bottom the forms filled before me. Even if you take an appointment its first come first serve basis without appointments are put in waiting. Luckily for me i just go without appointment and without being in a wait list.
I think the hydraulic system design is at fault, there are tonnes of cars who have had this issue few which have been stranded but theres no sign of a re-call to fix the issue. I have the issue but it doesn't come every time, it would be hard to show them the issue so ill wait till im stranded and then do whatever i have to do. Keeping a hammer as well in the car so if the gears get stuck i can hammer the shifter back into gear

. I miss those days when the clutch had feedback and a cable it only needed greasing adjustment and replacement. Now bleeding, and replacement of affected part which isnt cheap.
