Re: My Hyundai Grand i10 Asta (O) Petrol. 1000Kms & Banged (Details on Page 5)

Yours is a very powerfull machine. I doubt whether the power of the handheld one will be sufficient for floor mats.
Actually the price is very tempting (500 bucks) [;)]
Ya, I actually I got this for dual purpose. Cleaning house as well car and it solves the purpose fantastically. For car I use mostly for carpet cleaning and it is perfect.

But the one our Trichy friend has seems to be good but little bit costlier than the one I mentioned. Am sure you will get what you are paying.

So choice is yours.

Hi All..

The one which is available at 500 , is available on E-Bay for 350 Bbucks :) Not sure whether this will work.
Currently zeroed down on two of the following -

1. Black and Decker - Suggested in many forums anc costs around 2250 on flipkart.
Link - http://www.snapdeal.com/product/black-decker-vacuum-cleaner-acv1205/72616

2. Coido 6133

Link - http://www.snapdeal.com/product/autokart-coido-6133-cyclonic-power/1066305019

Not sure which is more powerful as power is defined differently for both !

The price on flipkart is 2200+ today [frustration] It was 1900 something a week back.
Check out this. Flipcart has two different product of the same brand

Black & Decker AV1205 Car Vacuum Cleaner - Black & Decker: Flipkart.com For Rs.1990

Black & Decker ACV 1205 Car Vacuum Cleaner - Black & Decker: Flipkart.com For Rs.2225

Do they have any difference? Yes. They have

black and decker - flipcart.png

diff between two vac.PNG

It looks like our trichy friend has got the Rs.2225 only, but for lessor price. Lucky.

Guys how much would a full floor high quality PVC/rubber mat from front to back seat cost for the grand cost? The dealer has included cloth maths as a part of the so called essential kit, which I do not want.please also suggest any good brands for single floor mats.

If you dont want those mats, you can ask for regular I10 rubber mats instead. They will do the job for you. My dealer provided it with the car initially till regular garnd mats were available.

However I find the grand mats good quality though they are not rubber/PVC mats, but they certainly are not cloth mats. [surprise] Mine are like carpet from the upside and rubber from the bootom side.

I think I remember seeing transparent I10 mats for about 850 from Hyundai itself. Only saw these after I bought mine from outside for Rs1100[frustration]

re: My Hyundai Grand i10 Petrol Ownership Review

Hi guys,
Time to cheer up, [:)]I returned back after 5 days and yes my new grand i10 did not betray me. It started with a touch as it supposed to be [clap] SO no battery issue for me.
I would like to remind you though that I had put Master SWITCH to OFF position before going. Today when I came back and opened the car with manual key, as soon as I switched ON the Master Switch Car started honking as intruder alarm was activated. For a moment I was puzzled but then realized it and put it off by pressing lock button on the key. So guys there isnt any issue with car I feel its just you have to follow the instructions.

Now that's a relief. How can I check the intruder alarm on my car?
Mine did not make any honking when I tried to open by manual key.

Do same as I did. Switch off the master switch and after like half an hour when keyless entry is deactivated open the car with manual key and switch ON master switch it will start honking.
