I do have a Non Pollution Vehicle sticker given to me at the time I bought the vehicle. It's a year old now. How about it's validity ? Should I check it again for my Grandi10?

If that's the case, where to check and how much it costs ?

The non pollution sticker you got with your vehicle is valid for a year. You would need to go to a pollution testing center and get your car's pollution check done.

The PUC certificate needs to be obtained every 6 months - this is mandatory and is a part of the documents you should always carry while driving. It costs just 100/- and takes only couple of minutes for the test. You can visit any of the petrol pumps who carry authorized PUC tests.

Is it compulsory to do the wheel alignment and balancing during my second service / 1 year /10,000 kms? My car has just done 3000 kms / 1 year.
I don't think alignment depends on number of kms covered. It depends on way of driving and the road conditions. If you are not facing issues like Tyre(s) wear-tear or if the car is not going left or right when steering is absolutely straight (i.e try leaving the steering on idle for 100-200 mts) then I feel there is no need for alignment.

My nine months old grand's smart key was eating up batteries (smart key's) I got it replaced as it was under warranty. Has anyone of you faced issues with the smart key? [confused]

Nope, my 20 month old smart key still working fine. During the demonstration while receiving the car, I was told each of the keys have a 3 year life. Your's being just 9 month old definitely had some problems - it was good you replaced it under warranty.

^^Saarji RSA and extended warranty is something that is recommended for the poor souls like us who are living with European cars. These Japanese and Koreans are as reliable as hell (Hell is more reliable than heaven you know); I came across an Uber Xcent VTVT with more than 1 lac on odo in less than two years (Then only advised the Xcent to my relative) running more than 90% on CNG and everything working perfectly fine.

What do you mean by 3 years life, is it for the battery or the smart key itself?

Engine and transmission are main parts only as per my knowledge. You won't need RSA if engine and transmission are fine.
I meant Having spent 2 .5 YEars with teh car now I feel Engine and Trans are fine with May Car (for manufacturing defect point of view). SO I didnt find a point on extended warranty. Rather spend the additional money on a Full comprehensive insurance that also gives me RSA.
