Hyundai Grand i10 Asta Ownership Review

Hi,

I heard that in 2015 models, hyundai has added/deleted features in the sportz version.

It no longer has the engine start/stop button, chrome door handles. Instead they are adding bluetooth, steering controls.

Can anyone confirm this. I am not able to find this in the hyundai website/brochures etc.

Guys I have to do the third service in a week or two now.
I have never used the sparewheel yet 19500KMS,what should I do?
Should I replace and rotate the tyres using sparewheels?

Now don't use the spare wheel. Just do alignment, balancing and rotation of 4 tyres. After 35k or 45k km check for tyre wear. And at that time buy 1 and put both the new tyres at the front. I did this with my santro. I didn't use spare tyre until 40k kms.

The load is more at the front because of the engine. If you use old tyres at front , they will wear more than the new ones and you'll have to buy 2 more soon.

Ask them to change oil , oil filter and air filter. Nothing else to be done. And don't fall for engine flush , engine conditioner, mileage oil etc in any of the service. And nice pic.

In addition to teh above in GRAND the blower mode 1(only face) will still blow some air at the feet. If you observe it in your car as specifically to fix this.
The will also rotate tyres as the second service is at 10K+ Kms since yours is 5000Kms you can decide on that.

The location and your Grand i10 picture is sizzling. I just completed 2nd free service of my Grand, they mostly go by the list which is given at the back of your free service coupon. In addition to this they will change clutch biting point. Thats it !!

For flower at face and feet there is already a second option available on the Knob.
It is not supposed to blow air at feet in Knob position one (Face only)

Initially I didnt bother about it, but once I was on a long drive wearing chappals and it started freezing my legs after few hours continuous drive.

Will not bother if you are wearing shoes and if the temperature is not much.

I wear flip flops for long journeys. And even a week ago, I had an long trip but never had such issue. Still, logically, it shouldn't be like that. So I will try to get it fixed!

You shouldn't drive in flip flops. Especially on long journeys. Just google it.
