carbon grey being discontinued? thats one famous color. Projector headlamps added to my list of to buy stuff.

I don't think carbon grey will be discontinued @nick that's a 'very popular color man . I enquired the s.a and he was like purple is the color to be discontinued .

Guys finally i got the clutch pressure plates changed today ... I swear the brand new car dint give such a smooth drive ... After changing clutch is so smooth butter would be lil harder [;)] .. When i asked the SA on the same he said that there are lot of refinements that was done on the clutch assembly ans gear shafts before the new variants were launched . I am really happy with this change and ofcourse this was changed in warranty so gives me double happiness [clap] . Will keep all posted on continued performance

@Pradeep_wheels, i asked this point with SA he says there are no discounts, but one things he said was that thrprice is not final as the parts have not been shipped till date and once the parts are shipped and available the actual price will be known. For any one who is going to have this beauty for more than 5yrs it should be a 1st choice of refinement. I bet the car looks super co with this headlight . Am yet to get the final tech spec of the 2014 model, need to check on the backlit door panel switches and auto sun visor

@sudee, its great that you got replacement in warranty, it seems hyundai is taking care of customers, some follow up is needed from customer's end.

It seems they have changed keys for verna after August 2013, on some thread i saw Verna's key same as the key of i20 which is more strong than the previous one. this is a good move. sad part is that i got the same old design keys as replacement.

@Sudee oh yeah I'm waiting for the price and availability of the projectors . Indeed the refreshed headlamps would make this beauty look fab and with the introduction of vibrant colors red and blue would give a hard time for the competitors [:)]. The autosun visor is less useful when compared with the backlit switches and sudee I heard that the projectors comes with the name Verna etched on it ( like ssasong rexton ), is it so?
@dadasaheb The new key has an added feature of boot release and looks good with chrome touch [:)]. Believe me the boot release in the key is a welcome addition least for me because I have an horrible incident because of it [cry].

Pradeep i didnot notice the name on headlight ... My next project would be to go for backlit door panels which is essential

Dadasaheb, yes a contineous follow up is required to get proper updates and also one will need good rapo with the SA as well to be benifited [;)]

Regarding the key i am not sure of new design as.i already have all the 3 functionality lock,unlock and boot release. In SXo model anyways there is no flip key available

Could you tell me the part number of things changed so that I could too ask them to chnage those parts and see if my gear issue can be resolved

Got a call this noon from dad, car hit a pothole and another tire got bulged that makes 3 tires with sidewall buldges. Dad went and changed the tires to pirelli p7 cintruarto 205/55/16 am yet to drive the car after the change, will post my reviews once driven.

Vishak, i dnt have the part number as the part was changed under warranty its held back. Any ways will try to get the part number from SA and will share later

Nick, am surprised that you have 3 tyres with side bulge. I had bad incidents on potholes but have never got the tyres issues till date . Hmm so looks like a batch related issue

Has anyone seen how much fuel is available when the fuel indicators last bar blinks? Or how much more the car runs once the last bar starts to blink?

around 2-3 litres of fuel left.
Well the first tire got bulged in the first year pothole hit. Fixed it but the fix did not stay for long so that tire was pt in the spare. The other one got bulged after hitting a pothole in pitch black. We were going to change the tires then but kept it on hold for a while and today third one. In city its hard to do try an avoid the pothole you may hit some other car trying to save and at night potholes are hardly visible in the rains especially.
