nah, verna isn't the only one to have suspension issues, i20 and i10 also have even santro and getz. so it won't make a difference cause if it was hyundais concern they would have modified its suspension.

I think they already know this and they don't bother to do rectify it because the car is selling like hot cakes. (6months waiting and 80k to 1lac premium for CRDi)
You stop any Fluidic owner and ask them about the car; all will say that the car is awesome but
the suspension is soft or they will say
it has low ground clearance or
the handling is bad.
IMO all the three of the reasons are inter connected with one thing.. THE SUSPENSION..
And yes NO CAR IS PERFECT!!

Hi friends i met with a road accident on 5th Feb. My hyunai verna is destroyed i was smhw saved.. hv ractures in arm,leg nd jaw.

oh man thats not good, but on the brighter side you are still alive, hope you recover soon and hope the fractures are not bad.
whenever possible do tell us what happened. Guess the verna kept up its job of protecting the occupants.

one of my friends told me that at times these things are used to damage the reputation of a car which is already selling like hot cakes, what do you guys have to say

Nick , I think what your friend says seems true . At some other forums there are the Vento and City owners who seem to have made it a Verna BAshing forum . And yet you will find a majority of Users who love their Vernas . Try looking at a City and Vento parked next to a Verna . The Verna would almost look a segment bigger . Even the Petrol Ventos and City will give the same milage of around 10kmpl in a city like mumbai and around 12 on highways . There will be exceptions like Nick for whom Mobil1 seems to have done the Trick and got him close to the desired and normal fuel consumption . But otherwise most of us Love their Vernas for the Looks , The Petrol engines , The Diesel Engines , The features , The functions , The Acceleration , The Peppy Drive , The HEad turning Looks , et all ,

OMG what the hell I saw today. Till today I was feeling good that there might not be any Fluidic in the Taxi segment with yellow plates. I had seen many Ventos and Citys but not the Fluidic. But today I saw one white 1.6 CRDi with yellow plates.

BTW can the camera can be switched on when the car is not in the reverse gear?

not sure how the circuit works, but it should be connected to reverse lights which powers up the camera.
