Maybe its just for test drive vehicles, we have almost same sticker in a lot of current test drive vehicles as well.
Anyway one thing is certain Ford will price the 1.5 Dragon petrol versions of Ecosport aggressively, they know the diesel will sell good because Indians love diesels but petrols are more difficult to sell, so its said that Ford will market new Dragon and promote it with very low entry level pricing and even higher trims will be priced well,
As per some reports, the top end Titanium 1.5 l Petrol Ecosport manual will cost almost same as top end diesel Nexon, ex showroom, which I believe will be around 9-9.3 lakhs ex showroom, which with new GST and other RTO will amount to around 10. 4-10.8 lakhs on road,
This info was given by a person who is in good contact with a Ford showroom manager,
He also stated that new Ecosport facelift for India has some mechanical difference too from Brazilian spec ones to suit Indian road conditions and wish for smooth ride, so our Ecosport might not be a sharp handler like the Brazilian one
i hope they dont provide that ecosport sticker on the side, to me, that looks very bad.
