Talking about the Fat levels , Meat like Lamb/Goat doesn't have much fat but it entirely depends on how you cook it.

chicken has alot of protein plus fat

Fish if smoked is a good source of protein with less fat.

As I said vaibhav , if your not going to gym , you gotta do the military sorta training.

do cardio, core workouts, sprints , boxing , steps (1000 steps if there is any temple near you) etc etc and let me know how you go

also if you can't keep control on your tongue results will come on tummy.

Hmm
Just came after 3 km brisk walk today. Will continue this for 1 month and see the results. Just have to lose 2 inch in belly in a month
will give up non veg till winter arrives

Green Tea will help and coffee too but make sure you don't use milk and sugar in both .Caffeine helps to lose fat however it may increase your heartbeat .

you can get a CLA or L-Carnitine(amino acid) that converts Fat to energy.

when you feel hungry , have a carrot !

While there are various questions/opinions being aired, I wanted to check if anyone had any knowledge or suggestions to the below problem.

Tailbone was hurt couple of years back and this has resulted in a coccydinia (coccyx) pain which seems to be an ongoing issue. Blocks/injections and other medicines from MDs have not yielded much result - any more info, suggestions or doctors from Mumbai who have been consulted is helpful.

There is damn good doc in Pune, Dr. Sharangpani. My mom had slip disc, almost had operation which would have lead to paralyses if something would have gone wrong.[cry] But thanks to this doc, it helped. After this, I sent atleast 6 person here & all are doing fine now.

Update

Lost a lot of fat in tummy and feeling very fit vs before [:)]
But still not able to finalize the weighing machine [surprise]

Vaibhav , please measure as well. Try to make a chart of what your eating and what your normal activities and exercise routine and according to that your weight and at regular intervals.

its good to see their are many fitness freaks out here.
well now here's my contribution:
Height:5ft 11inches
Weight:74kgs
Chest:42inches
Arms:15inches
Waist:31inches
Abs:6
Guys i have been working out since last two years and here's what input i gave,
Every morning(except Sundays) workout at 7:30 till 9:00.
15min cardio and warmups, 45min. weight training and 30min abs.
Diet:
Pre-workout: 1banana and 1 boiled potato
While-workout: energy drink after every 3sets
Post-workout: whey protein isolate in milk with 4egg whites and almonds.
Breakfast: whats been coked by mom. normally some Stuffed paranthas with curd.
Earlynoon:some fruits.
Lunch: Brown rice, 1 chapati, Dal/paneer/chicken.
Evening:any desi or videsi(indian or international) snack(i am a foodie)
Dinner: 4chapatis and some desert.
dont forget the importance of water, drink it min 3 ltrs.

I was 59kgs when i started working out, and now after two years of hard work, have got 6 paks and all muscularity.

Any questions and suggestions are most welcome.

how do you manage to have 4 eggs in the protein shake.
I used gaspari protein it had egg powder in there and it was too bloody thick

not inside protein shake, i take boiled ones. i wrote only egg whites.
well i take either PERFECT or ALLTHEWHEY isolate that too only in strawberry flavor.
