If you buy 10 KG its $255 yes it works out to be cheaper this is pure isolate. 40 gms has 37 gm protein and that too isolate. Taste is good too :)

workout out to be 27.5 $ a KG

if you wanna try something better, try ALLTHEWHEY all american, it has 95%isolate. You gotta try this one once atleast.
and strawberry i found best to digest for its taste and it doesn't feel thick at all.

all american efx is good brand but too overpriced in australia

I'd rather buy NZ owned protein. best in its class.

yeah you should always get what works perfect for you.
for some even expensive stuff doesn't work because everyone has different needs.

@codename47: You are lucky enough, you have lots of brands to try, about we guys here in India, we have lots of brands but only 10% are original and rest are being adulterated. So we cant trust all those brands..

but so far everything i tried was good enough.

Thanks for your words about me, yes I've been doing a lot of workout lately and now again gaining phase. Taking some waxy maize in the protein shake to put up some carbs in my diet.

Optimum nutrition Hydro whey is that what you mean?

I've tried a sample of it , seems to be okay but do you really need a Hydro-slate protein ?That comes in a platinum packing 1.8 KG for about 90$ , don't really need it man

Ya i was talking about hydro builder optimum only. 1.8kg for 90$, you kidding. its way too cheap here in India. I guess it's something like 4400 bucks for 2.8kg packing.

@Kar Lover : What Am guessing is that you've got good deal if its 1.8 KG for 4400 thats how much it is in USA not in Australia.
They don't have 2.8 KG man , I am so not sure if you can genuine products in India. Lots of my company people come to Australia for some projects and they approach me to get the proteins

yeah that's an issue, originality is a concern in India. But a friend of my is an importer of nutrition products, and i am getting all these from him only.

A naive question may be, but perhaps the experienced guys can highlight if there are any side effects of protein intake , any must do's, items of caution etc
