Oh God, I did not notice that month in my excitement to see ES in flesh[cry], sorry buddy for that, then it looks like I will see ES in any other city like Storme[:)]

Thank you for the pics. Going by the pictures, cost cutting is evident. Even an engine cover is not provided and the engine bay really looks clattered.
Hope Ford solve the issues(I hope they go through our forum) and price it reasonably unlike the new Fiesta.

With respect to engine cover..I don't think that's the case. They must have removed it to show the Ecoboost engine size.
I dont think Ford is that miserly..plastic may not be soft touch :-) but still plastic will be there.

It will only depend on the pricing now that almost all the specs are out.
Also Renault is milking the cow with the Duster being priced high(in my opinion) and will face serious competition if Ford prices the Ecosport reasonably below the Duster.

Is there any security mechanism in place of the rear spare wheel? It is very much vulnerable for theft.

You can also weld an handle & put chain on it & lock the tyre. Home made accessory !! [lol]

I am though worried about 11L pricing for diesel. [confused] Makes no sense if Ford launches diesel for 11L for top end.

The event happened in Delhi. A friend of the person who told this to me had a chace to TD Ecosport. He owns a Figo and I think it was bought from Harpreet Ford.

How was the feedback ? Was it diesel or 1.0L ecoboost ? Did he like it ? Any shortcomings from his side ?
