I think it is clear that it will be launched in June as per various sources

my pic you see is the front seat taken back to it's fullest and still there was some space between my knees and front seat. So if a normal person (not Amitabh Bachan) seats in front , then rear passenger should not have any issues. Ofcourse then rear person should not be Amitabh as well. [lol].

I stress on the point again, please do not expect XUV or Storme kind of space in ES.

Ok, can I expect Ritz/Vista kind of space at least ??(for rear legroom)

BTW. If I were to be in search of new premium hatch at the moment, I would surely keep EcoSport as my highest priority. [clap] (Not trying to say it is hatch). But by just adding 1 odd lacs to your hatch budget you could get sexy looking Ecosport. [clap]

you said it right . if someones main priority is looks then he/she can go for ecosport with eyes closed. And yes GC is a positive point for this car. you can take this car to some places where you cannot take ur sedan / hatch.

Finally I could see the most anticipated car ecosport in flesh this weekend at Selct city walk, Saket Delhi. No doubt the exterior looks are very stunning. There were people pouring in to have a glimse of the car. I was in the queue to get a feel of the driver seat. Most of the people were happy to see the car, but were disappointed as officials could not reveal the price. I didn't ask them anything as I knew much more than them [;)] in terms of knowledge on ecosport.

However the interiors really didn't impress me much. Probably I was expecting much more space than what I had seen the moment i entered into the car. From driving position the space was fine, but I found a bit less spacious in the rear seats. I tried adjusting the driving seat as per my convenience and yes I could get a very good driving position with little bit of adjustment. The dash looks good.

Overall if priced starting 6L ex.showroom, it will be a hit. and we will see lots of ecosport on the roads post launch. But I doubt they will launch at this price. Probably they will price in between 7-9L (ex. showroom , Delhi) across all varients.

Next time you go to Tata showroom or service centre, please sit in Vista & let us know. But seeing you inside ES, made me dissapointed with the rear legroom. [frustration] If it is less than Vista, I won't even bother to have a look at it.
Also is the price. Unconfirmed reports suggests that top end diesel can go upto 11L. [shock] This will be great rip off.

I would also like to inform that ES will be for display on 26,27 & 28 March 2013 at Inorbit mall, Vimannagar, Pune. If possible, I will visit it & will post my first hand report about it.

Thakyou guys for this much awaited updates.Now with many online news available with the showcasing of ES by ford, one thing that i read common as most of the sites is that quality isnt upto the mark of ford in ES,many wanted changes needed yet as per the showcased vehicle. second, no engine sump cover provided by ford, and third about ecoboost engine might be launched at the later of the quater.

Gurralla has month of April started in Hydrebad ? In Mumbai its just march [;)]
