^^ touch up job any way will not give a fine result in this case. Only spray can paint will not do here because some of the scratches are deep and required putty treatment from professional painter and after it need to paint that area to get a fine result as chayan said.

Gurrala,

if this is the finishing you are getting by touch up job in your MASS then you are very lucky. In our place, they do touch up by brush and it can be spotted first in the car other than the all painted area and the scratches.

@Releesh

I agree with you, That was a fiber bumper means a plastic part, but still they did a good job.

@Sethu Sir, I don't think they have filled anything there since it is plastic part. On metal part scratch they apply very little putty and do the touch up job

If it is fibre/plastic , usually painters do putty if the scratch is deep and paint. But in the free touch ups they don't do that.

@Sethumurugan, excellent write up and your backstory was nice.

Spark is a nice car. I think the highway mileage drops to 13 kpl is because of the small engine, which needs to work at high speeds with full load. My uncle has one, it was so effortless to drive and park in Chennai. If only it had a diesel engine, as our usage is quite high.

Happy motoring [:)]

Thank you Crazy_cat. yes its a lovely car. We all love her very much and if you ask me to drive her as much as possible I will be happy to. Only thing is I should have heavy wallet to full fill her fuel thrust.

Always I will be ready to find a reason to drive her. [;)]

Anushman, you are right but FE in LPG mode is not that great. I get 9-10 in city and 12-13 in highways [90-100 KM speed]

Re: Velvet Sparky - Review After 10,000 Kms on Odometer

Friends,

Need your suggestions.

Actully I had LCD screen which is attached to roof. I use that LCD screen as video output from my Xenos car audio/video system as well from my reverse camera.

For past couple of months I could n't use my reverse camera option as it says No Signal. I took the car to local accesories shop and the guy at shop checked one by one and finally we found that that AV2 cable to LCD screen has some problem. Since it is directly connected to the screen unit, that guy told we may not be able to do anything.

So as of now only my AV1, that is from my player alone works which allows us to watch movie.

Now I need to do something for my Reverse camera. I have thought about the following options.

  • Leave it as it is and buy reverse sensors for Rs.1000 and Rs.1500 fix it, so that I dont need reverse camera at all [But reverse camera is working perfectly, what to do with it]
  • Buy a 3.5 screen alone and fix it in dash board [Cost Rs.2.500]. In this case, I can use this as my Rear View Mirror when my kidos were watching movies [When I unfold the lcd screen it blocks my OVRM and till now in that case I used manage with both OVRMs]. In this case if I get navigation system or even a better Android phone for navigation purpose, when I fix that also in dash board, dash board might look crowded.
  • Buy a low cost navigation [Found one for Rs.5k] system and use that screens AV2 input for reverse camera and use navigation and reverse camera wherever/whenever required.

Low cost navigation [When I check I could n't find any info or number of video inputs[confused]]

3rd option seems the way to go. You have an added benefit of navigation system and if the system has BT, then you can sync it with the car's OBDII port using the BT adapter in the future.
