I think its time to change the tyres. Recently I got some kind of disturbances while driving. I assumed that there could be an issue with tyres.

When checked, found the right side front tyre was warned out. So changed the spare tyre.

But i think this is time for change of tyres. last time changed it at 25k in odo. now it is almost 29k. So i thought of changing tyres.

Should i change all 4 tyres or only front 2. Since am planning to sell my car how to handle it.
Only 4000 Kms and to change tyres ? In case rear ones are good you can do rotation or go for only 2 tyres change now.

I need to change Wiper in my sparky. Found two types of Wipers. Which is the best?

Since at present I have the Type 1 kind of Wiper thought of trying the Type 2. But how the tension in that kind would be? will it be effective during rains?

Friends.

It's time to bid adieu to the Sparky from us.

We had wonderful moments with this car. Had driven to a lot of destinations in Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Andhra (Never had an opportunity to visit Kerala in Sparky). Some with my family and some with my friends.

This car was with us from 2011 October for almost 7 years. I bought this car when my son was 13 years daughter was 11 years old. literally, they have grown up with this car and both of them are no now 20 and 18.

The car has clocked nearly 48k in last 7 years. in this 48k, I would have driven 85% using only LPG which was very cost effective and comes around more or less driving in Diesel (not at par, but a little bit more than the cost of driving in Diesel). Only thing was I have to be careful on long drives. I have to find the Auto LPG stations. it as kind of difficult in the first few years. but later I could see a lot of Auto LPG stations on the highways which made my travel easier and simpler. Even in the city, last 3 to 4 years I have seen so many Auto LPGs coming on neighborhood. It made my life easier and allows me to drive on LPG 95%.

In my M800 days, I have learned the basics for car driving. But with Spark, I have learned a lot like how to drive in Highways, Night driving, ghat section and a lot. My wife learned car driving and drove this car. After me, my son drove this car most of the KMs. For the past 2 years, he is driving this car on regular basis and helped his sister, mom, grandmother when am not around.

We had some unwanted moments also. in last 2 years, the car had put us in trouble on highways (mostly cos of a problem on coolant oil issue) but that is very negligible.

We had put the car in troubles for a couple of moments with accidents. When I met with a major accident in 2012. And recently my son also met an major accident where most of the front part was damaged.

We thought this would be the time to change car for a brand new car (Details will be followed in a new post).

In TAI, I had lots and lots of discussions about this car and shared info as well received lot of info. Thanks to TAI for being part of this journey with Sparky.

Actually, I was very calm till the last moment. but when the buyer took the car, i was feeling very bad.

But that is ok. changes are permenant.

ITs a journey like a friend...and its painful to say bye bye. I had the same moment when I sold my M800, but yes change is inevitable.

Have memories of driving your spark during our Hosur meet sir.
