There is no need to bend anything.Just make sure your engine mounts are secure that's when you need to bend things.

Check the cross members over time they start rusting and the engine tilts, even a small degree can cause clearance issues.

Notice how the oil reservoir is, it is facing in the opposite direction as without the booster. So ample clearance is available.

Hi all, Sorry for delay in posting, was out of station till yesterday, Thanks to you all i have got the booster fitted to my 96M800 on last Thursday, will posting the snaps in the evening, It had been a huge help, for my trip to kundapur, felt only 20% of stress on my legs compared to earlier, and traveling was a pleasure. There was a issue of air filter cap coming in contact with the break reservoir and had to bend the cap a bit, and few more alterations need to be done. will post the photos in my next post.
Special thanks to Varun for following up.
thanks

There is no need of drilling a hole in the intake manifold instead you can use a T joint to the pipe which goes to the intake manifold.

Our member Rao66 has done the same. Here is a pic for reference..

There is no need to drill the hole is what is said. The pink color tube what is coming is the one that provides vacuum.

The T-joint was sourced from an place that sells cooking stoves. It is made out of brass
